Sticking it out for the $15 Million dirty Malborough cigerette money? Pathetic. A 9 times W/C with 259 wins to his name should be a minimum 1 second per lap faster than a lucky one time W/C team mate with 3 wins. That would mean fighting for podiums every week. Now go drink some more piss and harden up.

Grow up !

In all fairness Pov, both Nicky & Rossi went down like a sack of spuds with no warning after hitting a bump in the brake zone.

That has to be disconcerting when trying to push the bike to the limits.

They would lose confidence on corner entry for sure because there was no chance to save the crashes.

At this level confidence is everything.

It must be more disconcerting to Rossi than Hayden. Being 1.2 seconds behind your teamamte does not indicate that your pushing the bike to the limit. The other 2 may be, but he sure the .... isnt.

So they made a mistake by hitting a bump in the track?

Its not like they didnt know it was there. Sounds familiar for some reason

For those that watched qualifying, I think I read where Nick binned the bike on a flyer, could have possibly qualified much better?

He was on a pole setting lap indicated by the red time field. Then crashed in identical, and i mean carbon copy, of Rossis crash. ....! Why did u have to bring it back up!

fishing with dynamite again u "poofta" (thats a Brit word i know ur familiar with.)

Anyway, Stoner got beat by an overrated Sat Honda rider for qual today, should he be ashamed?

Dude it's been a frustrating season with the damn weather, at least we've got sunny California coming up, can't possibly rain there right.

Yeah dude. Will u be there this year? Would like to buy u a beer despite ur political views.
<

Talking about the weather, even when hurricane Ike took a giant .... on Indy, it didnt claim this many crashes. I dont get my friend Mike blaming tires, as i dont think tires made by God himself could have coped with the Satanic conditions. I'll tell u, the Brits are a hardy bunch to inhabit that ...... island (speaking strictly weather wise).

THey showed a slowmo of Rossi's crash, I have to say that the new BS possibly caused the crashes. It just looks way too soft on the sidewalls ( almost looking like it had burst, and gone flat, on heavy braking ).

That being said, it doesn't exonerate Hayden and Rossi , from not being able to ride with it, as others have. They need to increase their skillset to do that. I was thinking Stoner was the only guy with the balls to say anything about this new tyre, but perhaps he's the only one who can actually identify the problem.

Is that your way of asking me out on a date? I'm truly flattered

but I planned to pack up the family and visit the US for the Laguna GP in 2013. I wasnt ready for a certain announcement and now its too late damn it!

Aww... c'mon Dude. Stoner thought he had 14 minutes to zoom in and take the poll like he's done a hundred times before. But the weather didn't go with his plans and he and Lorenzo and everyone else decided to pull into the garages as there was nothing to gain by trying to beat that time on a track that was getting wetter by the minute. He hardly got beat.

I wish I could, but between all my damn cousins getting married and my pos boat I have no fun money left. I feel bad for Cal and his fans, hopefully the guy can still pull something out for the fans. The only positive about the race is we'll get some passing because of the grid positions and CS may have a chance to get some good points back to make the season a bit more interesting.

Stoner is by no means the most vocal about the new tires. Pedrosa has not missed an opportunity to blast Bridgestone and the new tire. Today, he even hinted that is was developed to slow Honda down and help close the gap between the top bikes and the " second group" cough cough.

You are telling the wrong person. Now follow along buddy.

Stop being a punani and come out this year. See Casey fly around unhampered by .... weather.

I have a question that I forgot to ask during qualy... What was happenin' with Hector's bike? It was jumping and jittering like crazy at one point there. He was still pushing that bike pretty darn hard though - so hat's off to him there, I say. Unfortunately the T.V coverage wasn't showing much of him (as usual). Anyone know what was going on with his bike?

More BS from Barry. To bad Rossi crashed there in the same exact spot last year while on the old tires.

Rossi

That spot isn't new to me, however, and I had already taken a chance there in the morning. Last year I crashed there in the warm up."[font=Helvetica, Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, sans-serif]
The problem is a small bump in the braking zone: "First the front wheel is compressed, and then it unloads quickly. That's where I tucked the front. The fact that we lack front end grip was certainly influential, but it's not the bike's fault. Actually, since we switched to the aluminum frame, the front has been much more honest and secure; it gives you some notice before going away."

I post saying Rossi has not got it right and you reply with posting what he may have gotten wrong?

Whats your point?

Everyone hit the bumps ...... was it a mobile bump? that aimed itself at Rossi ?
