Damn! Rossi has improved alot since last test. His time is already better than the best from the last Sepang test.

Game on. I would still be surprised if either rossi or stoner revealed their full potential in pre-season testing, but rossi is not going to concede any psychological advantage either.

dam i wouldnt mind seing a video of that lap thats a pretty good time but im sure casey would have been very close to that if not faster.

i dont really go on test times but fair play thats a quick lap

Q tires I supose but even so, allmost 2 sec ahead is respectable.
AFAIK this is also the fastest lap recorded on the track. Looks like his hand is healed and he's getting to know the tires.

Would love to have seen some top speeds and the complete list of laptimes as well.

yes i agree and i think he needed this switch for something new to focus on, last season he looked unfocused and fed up hopefully this year that changes, also the more laps he does on the new engine the better cos it needs to be reliable but looking good so far
