noticing in all the pics.. there's no sponsor still on the yamahas.. i know that's not that big of a deal in testing, and maybe i missed the thread or something.. but have they gotten a big sponsor for 2011 yet?

The Factory Yamaha MotoGP team, which used a plain carbon-black livery with white logos on day one of the Sepang MotoGP test,
will appear in 'Racing Blue' colours on days two and three.
The de-branded design is to be filmed for a Yamaha corporate video as part of the ongoing Yamaha World GP 50th Anniversary activities. The design will only be used for the last two days of the Sepang test.
Yamaha, which is yet to announce a new title sponsor, will unveil the 2011 race livery of world champion Jorge Lorenzo and new team-mate Ben Spies at the second Sepang test, later this month

IF They get a deal i'd say its going to be someone who comes in cheap at the last minute
if they had a good offer they'd have taken it by now for the first test
the world's press have been waiting for this first test to come around and yam are in corporate colours
when they have the world champ from 2010 not good
there ain't going to be much 2011 development for them at this rate.
and if the official team are struggling for ££$$ Tech .... will get .... from yam all season
I was critical of Sprog because his hype was a bit ott. Your prediction just amuses me because it was so specific. I would disagree though, Lorenzo's development as a rider and recent history indicated that his mind is harder to '.... with' than anyone else on the grid and that he has the most effective approach to self improvement. I'm not saying i'm sure he wont get beaten, but i'm confident he can deal with it if he does.
Not to mention a 125 win way before he had any real form.
I really doubt Simonch will put a whole race together against the competition of Honda riders. But you never know.

Nothing has been announced yet, but i think they must have something lined up. With all the promo work Lorenzo and Yamaha have been doing in Asia this winter, the rumours are saying air asia or petronas might take it up.
Enjoyed those pictures, especially Simoncelli and Lorenzo showing that 250 riders can get a bike as sideways (and more) than anyone
A pretty good test ultimately for rossi and ducati, and as valentino says there is nothing to suggest lorenzo/yamaha are in decline.
I think stoner will be there as well though, and if I had lacked confidence previously valentino praising jorge and yamaha and not mentioning hrc/stoner, and feeling the need to respond to casey's animadversions re the development of the 2011 ducati would have restored it

Maybe he wasn't asked a question regarding HRC/Stoner to respond to?I think stoner will be there as well though, and if I had lacked confidence previously valentino praising jorge and yamaha and not mentioning hrc/stoner, and feeling the need to respond to casey's animadversions re the development of the 2011 ducati would have restored it.

It's a bit strenge that we should wait and serch so much for times during the official tests. Why Dorna or those responsibles dont do a better job for updates of times during these tests? Will that cost them a lot?
