Sepang pre-season test 2011

There is only one way to halt the decline of the pre-pubescent trend in this post

We need more practise sessions

We need start of season

We need races

If your a member of this board, you are experienced either as a witness, or a participant, in Rossi is God circle jerks. Its not a new phenomenon. Im a witness, how about you.
<
Hey you're the one with the terminology, you just see to know an awful lot about the process. That's all I'm saying.

Of course, what was it called, the homoerotic congress thing you Yanks & Ausfolk had going? The Transcontinental Daisy Chain or something???
<

Goatboy and Talps are co captains me thinks. One says "ok, start" the other says, "harder harder".
<

The fact that you stopped to picture that says it all. I bet you love it don't ya, rubbin' yourself raw with your powerslide fantasies

17 or 18 days to WSBK!!

Hey J4rno, tell us what we are not seeing.

It appears that Rossi is trying to ride the Duc like an M1. (but I'm just blind, its probably just another picture of three guys at the golf range.)

BTW, here is an interesting quote from Casey Stoner:

"I found myself out there with Valentino - the Australian rider revealed with a smile - I saw that he was behind me... but I wasn't pushing hard during that lap so I let him go by."

Oh wow, that quote has changed my view, one rider wasn't on a fast lap & let another rider pass, I mean, mind blowing news. Get all your exclusives from Jumkie.

You do not see things because you only see what you look for Jum -- too many preconceived ideas

Otherwise you would notice that in this other montage (made by a GPOne reader after complains about the first one) it is Spies that has been pasted in a completely wrong position and so looks awkward, just as Rossi did before (Rossi has been left in his true position so he looks ok now...). But you stick to your Rossi obsession and so do not see a thing..

So in reality ..... if a photgrapher was waiting on a lap to get pickies of Stoner then Rossi sliding like this at a corner ......... currently he could theoretically do it on the same lap couldn't he? I mean with Rossi coming along about a second after Stoner he'd have time to reload wouldn't he ?

Whats with all this idiotic talk of corner entry photos, attempting to imitate Stoners technical prowess, ..... there's way bigger problems than that for Ducati ATM isn't there ?
<

This is pathetic

What the idiotic photshopping of Photo's attempting to match Stoner's style? or the Rossi/Ducati combo still being 1+ second slower?

I'd agree that the first is pathetic, the slowness may just need patience ....... not sure I'd call it pathetic just yet

It seems jums, pov and mental might be running gpones graphics department

Excuse me but I admitted I was wrong and apologised. I had not seen all the photos and jumped to a conclusion. As such I have not entered into the debate further. All I will say is that Rossi has a different style to Stoner and we will NEVER see Rossi ride the Ducati like Stoner rode it. Rossi will also never have a Ducati like Stoners. That Ducati no longer exists, good or bad thats up to interpretation.

How can one say that? The Ducati Rossi is having is still basically the same Ducati Stoner had, it has not been changed in any of its design aspects.

In other words, the GP11 is as similar to the GP10, as the 2010 Yamaha M1 is to the 2011 M1.

All the changes that Ducati brought to Sepang are at the same level of the changes implemented by Honda or Yamaha: slightly updated engines and electronics, options of more or less stiff frames, etc.All MotoGP bikes (including Honda for a change) have chosen a soft evolutionary path for 2011, leaving the 'revolutions' for 2012.

So...?!

Yes but praise is due as this guy managed to let another rider past without breaking his leg, which apparently is the hardest thing to do in all of motorcycle racing.

Is that a pathetic attempt of sarcasm, Tom? Try harder next time
