And all this by a man whos interests include: "smoking weed" and there favorite track is: "the local kart track"

Haha.

Rossi is a bit lost right now. Though he has won a championship on each bike he has laid a leg over. So I guess he is ok at it. He doesn't understand the ducati like Stoner does that's for sure.

He will make it work with time.

i most certainly hope so, the more bikes/riders can fight for the win the better the racing!

as soon as he gets better on the duc/ the duc is better suited to him and he runs at the front we won't hear anything about the shoulder anymore i hope

This opinion is typical of the side of the fence each person sits on. If the shoulder is affecting him, his performance will improve as it improves and therefore you will hear less about it. This seems to support your argument however it starts from the base that Rossi's shoulder injury is a crock of ..... If the injury is real, the situation will be identical - supporting that argument as well. Your perspective on it depends on your bias before he even gets on the bike and there's no arguing with that as the evidence can support both arguments.

just watched the race, Casey did what everyone knew he would do, dominated.

Valli struggled to hold off a charging Spies, and couldnt even crack the top 5.

Its going to be a long painful, punishing year for the one eyed 46 fans as although Valli may get quicker on the bike, so will everyone else !!

I think his main goal is to try and match Caseys pace on the Duc from last season at each respective round, to at least save face, but that is not going to happen as Casey is proving now that he is the better rider of the two. Valli cant ride a bike that moves around under him, it needs to handle like its on train tracks, otherwise he,s no-where....

46 fans can put any spin on this they want but Valli is losing respect and admiration each time he rides the Duc, cant wait for next round.......

actually i am pretty impressed by his ride today... he was the fastest of the duc's, but still puts into prospective the acheivments of stoner, when the GOAT can only be a mid pack rider now. Ok there is issues of his shoulder, but still, he couldnt set fast laps even in short stints.

Only from people who's respect and admiration has little value in the first place, i don't think anyone is really worried about that.

All after one race. Wow. Like I said yesterday, Rossi didn't bin it, so he outperformed Stoner from last year at Losail.

Only morons think that.

as a team, i think the'll rather a rider win 4 times a year and have a few crashes vs a rider come in 7th every race....

haha, i am more than happy to share the illustrious title of moron with you if you like...

Open your eyes though, if in 6 months time Valli manages to match Caseys pace for one round, BIG DEAL.

does he deserve the title of the best thats ever been ??? Certainly not....

On a bike that has evolved considerably through JB and his team from last season which was already a race winning bike back then ! IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT ......

Lets face it we are constantly reminded of his superior skill level from you guys, so he should be doing what true champions do which is pushing through the pain and adversity (like dani did today) and out shining Caseys efforts last season.

Casey adapts to the Honda immediately and wins first round, Spies adapts quickly as does Simmoncelli, thats impressive stuff.

Please be sure to point out to me when Valli achieves something trully great this season and i will stand and applaud, until then zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

What are you on about? Rossi has 7 world titles in the last 10 years, and everything else he has achieved, blah blah blah i don't need to list it all. After all of that, the competition has finally caught up (and arguably overtaken), history cannot be undone.

my concern is only with the excuses and accusations he makes!nothing more, nothing less
