Phillip Island 2012: Farewell Casey; (predict, practice, qual)

He never said he was recovered, on the contrary he stated his ankle hurts more than it did post Japan/Sepang etc.... What u talking about?

Dont take my word, better yet dont take his word either. His riding this weekend tells you all you need to know about his injury. Its convenient when you dont feel like giving it your all.

Looks like him and VR have lots in common after all.

Between the two they should rename the 2012 season the cruising paycheck tour

While i think on seeing as motogp is in Aus

Since Le Mans is off the schedule which circuit will name a gravel trap after RDP when he retires

Stoner was injured 2 months ago and yet hes had a miraculous recovery in the week between Malaysia and PI.

How remarkable that he was able to heal up in front of his home crowd.

Whats even more remarkable is that his employer still pays him to be a gutless tool

I thought he was betraying the working class by retiring and not taking the money next year. Make up your mind (such as it is).

I don't mind a little trolling but you are not very good at it.

Warm up should remind us that nothing is guaranteed. You still gotta finish to win. And the fact that Stoner is lapping close to a second faster++ than everybody else means that physically speaking, there is more of a chance of him crashing or having a moment (though many times he has said the opposite, so what do I know).

Again, Ducati should be banned and grounded immediately on safety reasons. But then again, MotoGP has never much cared about rider safety.

Question for Krops. What is the difference between what Ducati Corse vs Power Electronics Aspar have spent on their entires this year? Serious question.

One is selfish and the other is vengeful.

Dorna will suffer for putting all its eggs in too few baskets, Marc my word.

The injury favours a left hand track, I posted that here post Mugello (right hand track) and said that PI (left hand track) would be to his benefit.

Otherwise JK, you shitstirrer, you are having fun tossing the cat in the the pigeons?

I love how everyone congrats johnny for his fishing.........after taking a nibble from his bait.

When someone posts something like that and does it just for fun it's called trolling. Not fishng. I actually thnk he's serious.

Very subtle on the Marc POV!

I agree BTW

As stated by Stoner in the video on your site, he had to leave Australia because they wouldn't let him race because he was too good.

He was 13, the youngest he could road-race in Australia is 16. He wanted to road-race, he had to go overseas. In Europe he could race at 14, so they packed up and moved to the UK.

It wasn't a conspiracy, it was the rules.

i get the part with motogp politics but what about australia?

i can't really picture a scenario that is something like he shows up for the race and the organizers don't let him start because he won the last 3 races or something like that.just doesn't make any sense. and back then there were no big sponsors to be made happy and british fans booing him so whats that about?

See above.

get a grip (easy for me to say, its not Hayden retiring).

Thank god... we need more mobile chicanes back in the mid-field to make the racing interesting!

He might lose his crown to Spies though, as the most-passed(-over?) rider in GP history.

He's not driven by ego though, & is certainly not prone to self-aggrandizement.
