Well ridden by Lorenzo, grab it when it comes.
Would have been nice for Dovi to have gone past Stoner earlier too and had a race at front with Lorenzo. Got the feeling Dovi was being to thoughtful of Stoner
Poor ole Pedro. Shame not to see him up there, where he belongs, too. Not usual to see him back there with "normal" riders as Bayliss calls them

This. Dovi matched lorenzos times the entire race.
Anyone catch a glimpse of the tyres in parc ferme? was at the fridge getting another beer.
Well done to lorenzo, good to finally see a dry race without people getting taken out!
Some great battles in that race, Enjoyed it very much.

Waiting to hear what happened to Stoner's huge lead; tires? Otherwise Lorenzo'd never have caught up, never mind Dovi.
What to do? Lorenzo's win is good for the championship. Twere great to see Dovi in ecstasy in front of his fans. Stoner
was smart and kept it up, and still has considerable points lead. Killer to see Ben take 4th using his stealth racecraft
despite Simo having the faster bike. Good to see Simo not crash. Bautista did well considering. Ayoma - disappointing.
Barbara - scrappy as hell and fun to watch. WTF happened to Cal???

Yeah, he contradicted himself too.
In parc ferme stoner said "they wanted me to run with higher pressures. I told them no but the heat made the pressure go up at the end of the race". In the interviews he said "They wanted me to run with the same pressures we had in quali". ummm

Pendejos. I always thought back in the day if he'd been on a top-of-the-line Aprilia he'd have done so much more, and would by now be a more confident rider.

He said in the post race interview that he lost grip after about half the race due to too high tyre temperatures. They seem to have had the same issue durng warmup, but the tyre tech didn't recommend increasing the tyre pressure (IIRC).
Was a fun race anyway, even if CS didn't win. Also good to see that there's no team orders in the Honda Repsol team

Oh come on mate, when you've just sweated out a few liters of fluids and brain-dead from heat exhaustion, it's just possible to mis-speak. I know you understand about this (the brain-dead part for sure).

thats pretty good in most folks book ( except you Boppers I guess )
and he is still quite a way in front in the WC

His point is Stoner ran out of talent half way through the race. Yes, that's more likely than a tire issue.
