Anyone know if there has been a rule change in moto3 qualifying after the debacle of last year where everyone was looking for a tow.
Surely this point as been addressed ?

Has been addressed, you get penalized for dawdling around waiting for a tow.

thought they tried that for the last few races and it didn't work.
last i heard on it was going to be like the motogp quaiifying.
as in two 15 minute sessions split into fastest 15.
