Why the sudden change in fortune for Iannone at Brno ? There was talk of a possible MotoGP ride being the motivator, but surely he does not need that to force himself to push for the podium in a race ? I really like Iannone and when he is on form, he seems to be able to beat the best.

Anyone seen footage of Bradley's crash ? On the Eurosport coverage, you sort of saw it in the background. Bradley was obviously hampered by a serious communication error and subsequent incorrect tyre choice for qualifying. Was he pushing to hard to try and get to the front runners ?

Good thing we've got Moto2 to make up for the lack of racing in MotoGP. Fantastic race by all of the top runners, Iannone and Marquez, in particular.

The progress of Mark Marquez in Moto2 has been nothing short of startling, but I can't avoid the feeling that if—oh, pick a name—Marco Simoncelli had banged into Bradl on the third corner, chopped across the front of de Angelis after passing him and thrown the same rider a hook on the straight then race Direction might have something to say about it. Marquez is so strong now that I'm questioning if Bradl can hang on. I'd like to see Stefan take it, I was a big fan of his father.

The race is really on now! Marquez's form has been relentless recently, and Bradl has now had a bad race. That means pressure on the Germans shoulders, he needs to answer the call with a strong podium and most of all, keep cool. It's going to be a facinating end to the season

Marky Mark kickin' .... Hated to see Bradl unable to get to the top. But great stuff.

Marquez is clearly the class of the field. He has taken total command of the series. The way he is going, wouldnt it be something if he won out and took the title with no help. There is no reason for him to stay in Moto2 after this year. If i were Honda, i would give him Ayoma's seat for next year with factory support, then move him to Pedro's seat in 2013 if he shows well.

Marquez does it again, he seems unstopable. Bradl rode brilliantly today, aggressive and out to win but unortunately it just wasn't enough. I think the points leakage will be starting to eat away at him, he needs a win or at least to beat Marquez soon. Spain next, the end of this championship will be extremely tense.

Also nice to see Smith put in another solid ride after a few bad races mid season. Even better to see Redding finally getting to grips with things and ride at the front where most of us want to see him.

Bloody rippa race - 15odd laps to go near on 6 riders in the front pack - DeAngelis rode well to get up to the lead pack but just didn't have the extra pace to get amongst it. Redding rode really well up front but you knew Marquez/Bradl were going to take him, I enjoy Iannone's attacks ! once he gets to last his tyres more he'll be a big spoiler the next races.

At 18 Marquez is damn good ! Bradl is looking over his shoulder even more now going to be great races coming up.

Smith to stay in Moto2 next season: http://www.crash.net/motogp/blog/172799/1/54/indianapolis_misano_and_2012.html

Can't help but read it in his rather irritating accent
