Living the dream in Scotland
Well its all been said here, amazing display by Stoner, if he keeps the rubber side down, the titles his.
I was keeping an eye on the wildcards, I dont think Roger Lee did himself any harm, a good solid ride. (Do the Haydens have some rare consistency gene in their make up?) Didn't set the world on fire, but did a good job. I could see him in GP soon.
Chaz Davies, if your gonna put in decent laps like he was, the team could at least fit a proper sprocket. Would have been comfortably in the points. The sprocket thing was farcical.
Du Hamel, whos idea was it to give him the bike? Shocking, the other wildcards made him look like a joke. Back showing the form that he always did on a GP bike. Home track knowledge, a decent Honda, and he was crap. Not a good advert for AMA.
I gotta say again that Roger Lee opened my eyes today, he looked to me like a guy who was out to learn to ride a GP bike and not go balls out to impress. I do think we will see more of him.
Pete
