Well, its all started up again, Ferrari have apparantly put 'new evidence' in front of the FIA and its all going back to court. It seems some teams have been witholding information and have now decided to release it. One conspiracy theory doing the rounds is that Renault are involved, trying to have McLaren penalised so Alonso's contract with them would be void, and he'd be free to sign for Renault next year.
I love F1 to bits, but this is when it becomes low, selfish and serious damage is done to the sport. Whichever way this decision goes now, its well and truly fcked up plenty of reputations, and cast a bit of a shadow over the whole season.
In an environment this competative these unsporting things do happen from time to time, the real shame for me is the way the situation has been dragged out through the media as a "drama" for people to follow.
