Yes, JB and Rossi would be as fast, the interesting thing is that when Rossi slagged Honda this week he said (words to the effect of) "Stoner and me would be winning on the Honda".

Vale acknowledges Stoners speed and skill and has said he is the fastest guy he's ever raced and greatest competitor. He is still the only guy to have won more than 4 races a season against Vale

its not just Stoner, its a team-his mechanics, his engineers, the Ducati factory, and the Bridgestone tyres.
there are too many idiots claiming Casey is only fast due to his tyres, the bike or his horsepower and his anerexic frame. but the fact is Casey is fast, very fast and he aint scared to try and overtake, unlike Dani.

i think Rossi, Stoner and Pedrosa are fairly evenly matched in terms of speed, with Lorenzo being some what of an unknown.
i think a lot of people are saying its just going to be Stoner Vs Rossi, i disagree, the 1st few races i suspect it will be, but once Dani gets healthy and Lorenzo adapts to the tyres we should get some good races. if Pedrosa didnt get injured in 2006 he would have easily been world champion-no offence to Hayden.

to summerise , the combination of factors within Ducati and Bridgestone gel perfectly with Casey and poses a huge threat to Rossi's dominance. so i think Casey should be getting more credit and respect off the ROSSI FANS, without Casy, Rossi would have been boring to watch last year.

i expect Kallio to get quicker and quicker throughout the season too, watch out for him getting closer and closer to the front!

i think Rossi wil win today though, i think he always has a better pace in the race and casey is normally quicker in practice and there constant lap times are within a couple tenths

Uhmmm.... no its not or some other very talented rider and team would be able to make the Duc competitive... Its Casey plain and simple.

For reference compare the Duc's riders other than Stoner to other teams riders other than Vale/Pedrobot...
