It was purely Casey's choice to run the rain tyres against his whole team's advice. Suppo couldn't talk him out of it apparently. What I'd love to know is what Hayden was thinking going along with it.

Easy, he had no set up all weekend so he might as well gamble and follow his teammates lead... Stoner still beat him

Colin - Played it safe at the end, but 2nd is better than 3rd

Randy, wow, that crash never came. Good job.

Rossi, hes not only good, but he's the luckiest man in the world, ever. He's the only man that can crash and his bike be in tact when it counts. Good fight back up order.

Ducati's, took gamble. God didn't send the rain. Had he, they would have looked like geniuses, now they look rather dumb.

very enjoyable race!!! high intensity & just ...... crazy! excellent run by dovi! he did a rossi on rossi! his season has sucked..... until today! i was hopin colin could do it & get that ever elusive 1st win but it just wasn't to be but a great finish non the less. i was pullin for randy for his 1st win as well hell i was pullin for all 4 of em to win!

good ride by deAngelis. i was hopin rossi could not get his bike goin again just to keep the points close but he got it goin & passed 6 to still get 5th... only him. total ........ move by ducati? stoner? what the ....!!! i'm sreamin at the screen before the race even started! stupid stupid stupid

The gamble was not that stupid. It only looks dumb at first evaluation. If you consider the two arch rivals IN FACT CRASHED ON SLICKS! I know this fact will be forgotten as I'm sure we will have people lined up on this thread ad in the following weeks. The thing is Rossi's bike is bullet proof. Had one thing went wrong with that bike, he wouldn't have finished and the gamble would have been genius.

Again, Ducati, specifically Stoner's two rivals actually and in fact CRASHED ON SLICKS. So to all those who will follow, equate this into your assessment.
