I don't normally worry about trolling etc, but perhaps this particular one should not be dignified by being responded to or even named.

Sounds like terrible luck for nicky, I am watching the replay and haven't seen the end of the race yet.

This throws the season wide open;I am sure honda and yamaha are not going to sit on their hands. As others have said the season still does not seem to have produced a race for first yet.

Sounds like the italian poster who said the gp08's problem was the engine may have been well informed.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Evolution @ Jun 28 2008, 10:17 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>It is very impressive what Ducati did with the bike, to give such an advantage to an average rider like Stoner.

Really David and goliath story.

My heart goes for Rossi, he is really trying hard this year.

wow are you really this pathetic? So blinded by your fanboyism that you cannot accept the skills of another rider.

People make me wonder how you survive in the real world.

As for the race, faultless by Stoner once again. Pedrosa solid as usual and good to see Hayden up there again, unlucky about the end. Rider of the race s Edwards though, just awesome work from him.

Rossi, well even the best make silly mistakes but he will be back with a vengeance soon enough.

oh look, I made a post which was not pathetically biased to a particular rider and instead said it how it really is. I must be a bad person for not making some pathetic childish post exemplifying my ignorance about a sport I love.

Aside from Rossi crashing, that was 40 mins of boredom for me.

It was as though the electronics were cutting the power on every ones bike so that they maintain a 5 sec gap between each other.

And now they want to turn the 250s into 600s, which will be exactly the same.

what a crushing victory for stoner! the boy is on fire!!! the championship has tightened up nicely!

good solid ride from pedrosa but has some work to do to try & match stoners blistering pace. good 3rd for colin a bit of a concelation prize for the 06 result. poor nicky what a suck all way to end the race but the new bike is looking promising & coming up on some good tracks for him. solide rides from dovi & jorge. a rare mistake from the man but .... happens & he did a good job just grabbing some points cause thats what champions do! roll on germany!!!

Shut up .......
Poor Hayden, he deserved the 3th spot.
WTF HRC did to him ??
Out of fuel...oh crap....by the biggest factory on the grid ??

Rossi, oh my....

I guess he feared that Pedrosa and Stoner are going to getting away..and he pulled it so hard..but I guess the tyre wasn't warm enough....

Vale was just on ES
He sounded really sad..... his voice really low

He apologized to de Puniet
Said it was his mistake.. cold tires....

His shifter broke and the handlebar was bent

It was hard to pass the ducs
and more than 11 was not possible

but was happy cause the bike was better than yesterday...

and Germany is gonna be better

<span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:100%Next Race will be not the same!! and Vale won't do the same mistake!!

<span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:100%
Spank the Spanky!!!!

stoner was always on fire.. just the bike was not now it is its the perfect combinaton again.

yamaha definatly need to sort out there acceleration it didnt look to quick getting off the grid it must be the same coming out of the corners.... maybe thats what they need to work on to match the stoner/ducati pakage.

i believe even with a perfect setup today dani or rossi wouldnt have matched stoners pace, this is more than just a setup they will need to work on to match that pace so the engineers better get grafting.

i just cant see how ducati can get that pace with the fuel limits

You guys notice De Puniet turned around and saw who'd done him in and just quickly turned around again? Obviously thought better of whatever he was going to say... hehe.

Great job for Colin even though he was gifted the podium. Herve Poncharal said exclusivley to the BBC just after the race, that Tech 3's second rider for next year has been decided. Looks like another year for the Tornado.

Is it telling that Toseland came off on the first corner at Donny & couldn't make any places, & yet Rossi got up & passed? The question is what is it telling, a lack of equality or a superior talent?

Congrats to Stone Cold, another flawless job.

I'm very curious : HOW THE DESMO WORKS ????
Winning is usual, but by thousand miles ????
...Yet again...another homework for the Japanese....
I just can' t see how some Italian small factory can demolish them (again)

I hope they really inspect that Ducati after the race.

2 crap races on the bounce, I couldnt even be arsed to switch over to the BBC on the ad breaks.

Stoner - league of his own - but incredibly boring win, much like donny
<

Pedro - sat in his comfort zone imo
<

Edwards - superb at Assen again - was near last after the Rossi crash
<

Hayden - that was near perfect fueling, initially thought he would challenge Pedro
<

Rossi takes out De Puniet - justice dished out to the frog finally perhaps!

At least we had the 125's for some good old fashioned close action. I'm seriously loosing faith in motoGP at the moment...........

....guaranteed tomorrows WSB & BSB races will be more entertaining.

im not implying there cheating (again) but its very curious that they can pull a pace thats 10 secs in front of seconds place while the would have been 3rd nicky runs out of fuel.

i read an artical somewhere that in 07 i think it was ducati were found to have various catch/over flow tanks on there bike that all contained an amount of fuel. this fuel was not measured as part of the 21 litres because there was no feed from the tanks to the engine, but it was later proved that under certain conditions a vacuum would suck this fuel back into the tank. i believe they were told to take them off in the end. today's pace makes me wonder if they have found a new "loophole".

i await a flaming responce.

Really good observation Rog!!

They don't in fact get that pace ......

they get the pace of ....... Melandri ...... Guinters ...... and Elias

what you are actually seeing there in the extra pace ...... is the thing that is different on the 3 bikes .......

S T O N E R ......

it ain't rocket science Rog.
