Looked more like he was taken out than a problem with the bike and he was holding his hand again straight after, hope hes alrite.

I wonder what Bradders was shouting at Iannone

That was a mental crash. I thought it looked like Ayoama took a different line and was a bit slower mid corner. All he said about it after the race was sorry to Bautista. Either way I think Aoyama had that one rapped up, we were robbed of what was sure to be an amazing last lap. Marco was a lot slower than I expected him to be, gifted third

I think he just was desperate not to be beaten by a guy on an out-of-date Honda
with no support and got stupid.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (SuperShinya56 @ Jun 28 2009, 09:44 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Aoyama will be Champion this year. No more hating on the guy...he's the real deal.

I would'nt get too carried away just yet you will end of looking as stupid as <span style="color:#FF00FFthe pink one.(although some will argue you already are) Aoyama is a world class rider and so for has a been brilliant but you have to take into account Marcos rotten luck so far and Bautista's crash. Aoyama is just barely ahead in the championship and were not at halfway yet. Still a very long way to go.

What Drama in the 2 stroke classes.

The 125cc race was excellent. Smith had a pretty disappointing run as he doesn't battle well and he really wasn't on the leaders pace at all. I wonder what the deal was at the end with his shouting, the race wasn't even over so it must have been urgent!! I was surprised and disappointed about Terrols penalty, but it seems the stewards in motogp are getting increasingly hard on these insidents. Thats a worry when you look at F1.

The 250cc race was pretty awesome. Simoncelli was a bit disappointing, he can't really afford to keep finishing behind his rivals when he needs to catch up and as he's about to be a motogp rider, i expect him to be better generally. Same goes for Bautista really, he'll probably be in motogp next year but neither seem the complete package just yet. I mean he literally ride into the back of Aoyama, it seemed he totally mis judged or failed to react to Hiro's slightly wider line. Aoyama looked the strongest of the lot though, and i think is the best Japanese rider in the world today. I hope the rest of his season goes well.

He took a line that was the same as all the previous lines, just Aoyama took a tighter one to prevent Bautista getting a good run down the straight.

What happened to tomizawa? (Or whatever his name is, im sure thats it).
he had a bad crash in front of my dad and hit the steel fence at speed.. dont know whether he's injured or not.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (frosty58 @ Jun 27 2009, 02:43 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>yeah i was wondering that myself

...... nuts that ayaoma stayed on the bike!

125 & 250 races were both excellent with some good scrappin goin on... i enjoyed both!
<

yeah, did you see the state of his rear tyre after, where his rear hugger had been smashed into it
<
<
i doubt that would have lasted another lap.

Actually we are at the halfway point of this season and theres no way you can rule out Aoyama,if the guy wants it bad enough he`ll take it,if he doesn`t you can berate me at the end of the season dude.

That post you quoted is a month old so at the time we had a few races to go to halfway point but thats pretty much what I was saying, we're at(or were close to) halfway point and theres a long way to go yet. I was'nt taking anything away from Aoyama or ruling him out

Mad 125 race, well done to SR gutted fro Bradders

That 250 race was frantic
<

Aoyama had that race wrapped up on the first lap. He did very well to look after his tyres setting them very fast laps. Great race.

Well done to Baustia thought he was gonna close up more on Aoyama in the last laps. Well done top Pasini sticks it to Marco again

WTF was up with Marco

he's got a contract for next season & he did not want to chance it.....

2 really good 125 races! love them sprinters!
<
good 250 as well. man i'm really pullin for ayoma to take it this year he's really impressin the .... outa me!!!

Aoyama was awesome once again today. That Honda was moving about so much round Schwantz at times I've no idea how he held on to that lead.

Shame about Danny and Bradley, but Scott did brilliant to come home 3rd, and got possibly the biggest cheer all day as he came round on his in-lap.
<

Plus, I'm a bit gutted for Waldmann too. If he'd finished the race I'm sure he could have got towards the front on the dry tyres.

Two excellent races

the 125 was just starting to settle down when it rained, such a shame for Espargaro who had made the race his own and was riding the best i've ever seen him. Smith was struggling, so at the time seemed to have been given a second chance....which he blew. Its fine though because he had to go all out for glory, Everyone knows Simon is the master of those conditions and losing more points really wasn't an option. It didn't work and now the title looks almost out of reach, Simon is the class of the field. Redding managed to save the day for the Brits, he was pushing incredibly hard to get where he was and it was a joy to watch.

The 250cc race seemed about right, Debon and pasini crashed. Simoncelli was again lacking the something extra that won him last years title, Bautista got a terrible start and battled back while Aoyama did everything right. It got hard to follow when riders started pitting for tyres and going a lap down, then riding faster than the riders surrounding them. Barbera seems to have really settled down this year and i was impressed again this weekend, yes he was not in a particularly good position but he stayed on it and didn't get hot headed. I think he is a more complete riders than he's ever been this year

Oh yeah... as I've said before, Hiroshi Aoyama is the real deal!! He will be the champion.

Apologies if this has been posted, and yeah l know its been beaten to death......but l have to say l agree with all of it.

l remember a few years ago when the 125 class in MX was replaced largely by 250 four strokes.........boring, boring, boring.

Carter: Boo to end of 250s

Aoyama thinks he's a ........ I guess Haga will be telling him the truth when he wins first place. Like father, like son
