i've come to like iannone, folger impressed me 2009,hope he'll show himself a little more next year

bradl is a good rider, when things come together he's able to fight for the win and i'd love to see some more podiums and wins from him this year

i think the logical thing to do for rossi fans is support the riders who have proven they can ride at valentinos level, that list isn't too long,is it
<

So by that I presume your talking about Lorenzo and Stoner. Although we could all debate at length weather they are riding to Vales level.

I can only speak for myself, but none of the other aliens would get my vote.

I'd like to see Cal do well, and also would love to see Scott Redding & Bradley Smith move up and be competitive.

We need a brit to do us proud.

i think just using the term aliens tells us we all agree that they are near rossis for one reason or the other

i found myself to admire alonso because(!) he beat schumacher ,even though at the time i couldn't stand that. as originally a huge rossi fan boy, lorenzo and stoner earned my following the same way (difference being the didn't turn out to be total ........ (yet) ). you get what i mean?

i think sic has what it takes to be the next guy rossi fans love,in addition to great skill he for sure is a very charismatic and likeable guy

crutchlow seems like a great guy, good rider as well. i like tech3 anyways, i'd be very happy to see colin and cal do well next year
<

although i'm usually a bit creeped out by gingers i've come to like smith, very focused and dedicated young man.lets see how 4 strokes work for him

Yes I do know what you mean.

As for Sic. Yes, I agree with you there. I've liked him for some time. Very Rossi-esque.

MGP - it's gonna be The Pie Man - that he's an American is just a big plus.

I kinda like Sofa Glue on the 600s tho I hope Joan Lascorz makes it up to

that class before long. I've been consistently impressed by him.

can't stand sofoglu. biggest hypocrite and whinner out there. that crap he pulled on J hayes (was it last year?) was just that. crap. i'm surprised josh didn't beat his ass after the race.

simoncelli is definitely gonna be there from 2011 and up ... i knew he was going to do good in motogp when he raced the aprilia on WSBK

scott red is looking good for the big bikes also and ianonne well... mofo is FAST!

I'm afraid Hayden is on his own. Rooting for him is like chasing a girl you'll never catch. Eventually, the pain and disappointment overcome even the most fawning adoration and you are forced to admit defeat. If Haystack can prove me wrong, I'll hoist a beer, but the infatuation is over.

I will always like Nicky, but I have given up on investing in him emotionally. He's a solid rider with a lot of heart and determination who had that dream year. But he's not a consistent GP winner (or even a regular contender for wins).

Spies is the exciting part for me now.

definately a very good summation of the trials of a Hayden fan, however he remains one of the few riders who makes you feel very satisfied for when good results come...

I think Talps makes a good point, no one will deny that Nick works hard, if he happens to beat out your favorite rider, your not as pissed about it as you normally would be, everyone feels like they know Hayden on a personal level because he wears his heart on his sleeve.

Agree, (I would) feel the same way about Edwards (if he ever beat anyone).

True that. Plus he looks like a frog and sounds like a Eunuch. I can never root for a guy like that.

Finally! Something we can agree on!

Nicky will be my boy till he retires, regardless of his finish. Next on the list will be Spies. By the time he retires, im hoping Gillem or Solis have progressed to GP. Two very likable kids, at least they were in the Red Bull series.

I will continue to enjoy the aliens, and Spies, Simonch and a few young guns who may later come to motogp, if they continue to perform good.

then i will choose whoever that shows that he is better than others in a few years.

Easy one - Marquez. He will definitely be MotoGP WC in a few years, without a doubt.
