I don't think you quiet understand how gotcha works. I realize you have little to nothing meaningful to contribute on a regular basis, but if you insist on sifting through posts intermittently looking to correct people to make yourself look smart, you keep making a blunder of it.
Fascinating really, but you seem to go about lurking only to stumble on a subject that is barely debatable, then proceed on taking the untenable position. Then at that point surely you must think, eureka! Let me show everybody how smart I am by chiding the reasonable reality.
To add, your post doesn't even make sense. My "pejorative" description of the two in the video is because the dynamic of their exchange is clear, and they were busted on camera genius. As to your second point, by definition, a boss reflects the very definition of "superior vs subordinate." Not only do you manage to blunder a gotcha, but you add incoherence for good measure.
The irony being Rossi and Carmelo got caught in a gotcha moment.

Uhm, what? Brother, proof in black and white? You'll never read a press release from western governments that we are involved in mid-east wars over oil buddy. But it's obvious enough why we are there. It's definitely not to "liberate" people. I doubt you'll ever read a press release from Rossi or Carmelo that they use their considerable influence and leverage to doctor the sport. MotoGP is a microcosm of power politics.
Bro, did you not watch the video including the accompanying subtitles? In the context that this exchange occurred right after the Valencia race where Rossi accused Marquez of cheating before and after the race, and clearly this was the underlying context of this specific exchange, in the mists of Rossi's repeated accusations ad nausea since.
The exchange, caught on video, was the subject of the sport media ( a VR friendly one no les) pointing it out as representative of borderline collusion, certainly a display of an inappropriate dynamic between the supposed impartiality the league is supposed to represent and one of its contestants.

Ah, ok, but it was translated bro. Sure there could be some loss, I agree, though I'm not sure how much meaning is lost even if the words themselves can be replaced with synonyms. Maybe an Italian speaker can refute the subtitles in the video then. But the overall arch of this exchange seems rather clear.
Just saying ................ but I suggest that whilst the words were spoken, the body language is being interpreted somewhat differently and thus the conspiracy theory is created or supported (all depends on your view)
IMO only, but VR's body language does change markedly as does Ezzy's at points during the conversation.
No matter what though, unless there is later video of Ezzy entering the Rossi motorhome, it is much ado about nothing (even though the reports of the open door policy came from eslewhere).
I do not fully agree with conspiracy but I also have no doubt that VR has access to Ezpeleta that is not available to others, much as the valuable team member has access to management or benefits. What is said, discussed or implemented as a result is pure conjecture until it is released and confirmed by one involved

And...what are they moaning about, it's inconclusive conspiracy.

That video proves nothing ............ it does allude to or infer but it does not prove that there is a conspiracy or that Rossi is buttfucking Ezpeleta or even that Ezpeleta was conducive to being covered in chocolate and have team VR lick it from his body.
What the video does show is that one participant in the video is clearly pissed off and seemingly demanding that the second participant meet later to discuss the 'suspicions' of collusion.
It does not show that such a meeting took place, it does not show that such a meeting ever took place and it does not show where Rossi barebacked or rubbered up.
Yes there are media reports that Rossi has high levels of access to Ezpeleta, and these have no doubt been in place for years so why the furore now and not back in 2003, 2007, 2012 etc (the answer seemingly being that a video now proves it) ?
The suspicions have been around for a lot of years, and as the saying goes, where there is smoke there is fire and to me there is definitely fire but it is not the out of control bushfire that some seemingly want to believe (my opinion).
Ezzy is no fool, he knows that his golden goose must be kept happy to maintain the income stream of the sport over which Ezzy presides (I am not happy about it either), but the sheer facts are that Rossi and his persona bring in a large amount of income for Ezpeleta, DORNA and it could be argued, that some of this income is poured back to the sport by way of DORNA subsidies to teams
Dorna have allowed the monster to continue to grow ......... the monster is only doing what ALL people in his position may well do ............ scream, shout, throw toys from the pram, spit the dummy and try to get their way

IMHO - body language is inconclusive. What is required here in order to get an accurate reading of the situation, is expert testimony from a member of a more serious branch of investigative science, like say a phrenologist. Possibly, as a bonus, we could get him or her to give us some perspective on the surface conditions in turn one in Argentina
