Haslam needs to strike back hard if he want to get in the fight for the title. Its time to push for wins and quit settling for consistent points.

I think its Biaggi for another double. He likes the track and the track will like the Aprilla. When do the formal complaints start

Yeah, he won Race 1 last year after the ill-fated Fabrizio-Spies collision. Biaggi is really good around Brno, I don't think Haslam has much of a shot. If he can pull off a single win, it will be a great accomplishment, imo.

Qualifying

It's only the first session, but looks like Aprilia have some work to do still. Both Biaggi and Camier are down. Doubtful this will be for long though.

Ducati looking good so far. Will this be the weekend Haga gets his mojo back?

BMW with both riders near the front at the moment. Xaus actually a bit faster then Corser, that's got to be a nice confidence booster.

I still think Biaggi for the double, unless his fellow Roman decides to play missile again this year.
<

Despite Biaggi being in the middle of the pack, Haslem is still behind him.

I'm rooting for Checa for the rest of the season. I think we really learned a lot about his character after America.

Hayden is going to be itching to get on that Moto2 600.

Haslam needs to get head out of .... This became his title to lose, and he's losing it. .....

Haga, looking good. But can he get a good position in Superpole? So long as he makes it in the top 8, and his early race aggression returns, we might see him on the box on sunday.

Biaggi, getting it where it should be. Another double coming right up.

Smrz, wow, pretty impressive for first time out on the Aprilia rocket ship.

Haslam, wtf mate?

Kawasaki, just riding one is worth at least +1.5 seconds on your time, I feel bad for these guys. Keep hoping next years bike lives up to the hype.

What happen to Corser?

Troy Corser had a very bad crash on his last attempt to move up the charts. The Australian remained unconscious for several minutes and had trouble breathing so he was airlifted to the Brno hospital. We’ll keep you updated with the news on Corser’s conditions when we have it.

Not good news,

Davide Tardozzi (BMW Motorrad Motorsport Team Manager)noted: “Most important is the news that Troy is not badly injured.

Slight concussion and bruised chest

Brno is generating some unexpected times. Really, happy to see Smrz at the front though I'm a bit cautious b/c this is his home round and he's always been quick in practice and quali. Initial impressions look good. Also nice to see Haga showing some form. Plus, it's a miracle that both Xerox Ducati's are finally in front of Checa.

I don't know what the hell is wrong with Haslam's bike. He's begged for more support and suddenly he's towards the bottom. Maybe he should beg for less support?

WTH also to Vermeulen who was once one of the SBK stars. Now he runs a half second behind Sykes at the bottom of the timing sheets. He must really hate that Kawasaki.

Is anyone else having trouble with the WSBK site, i have not been able to get on for over a day now.
<
<
I usually follow Superpole on the live timing, anyone have info?

Corser will sit out the remainder of weekend, should be fine for the next race in 3 weeks
