OMG now you're just completely full of ..... Exactly what equipment was he receiving on the grid?? Do you work for Motogp? Show me the evidence? Specially made tires just for him?!?!!? Now you've gone over the edge into madness. Quit your day job and become a comedian, you'd do quite well!

Yes, and you not knowing this is proof you are a johnny come lately bandwagon bopper, the worst kind.

Yes, Rossi is "clearly" a has-been. He's almost 38 and one of the top riders in Motogp. I don't know what your definition of legend is, but that's legend status for sure.

I look at the glass half full. When Marc and Jorge are 38, they'll be playing table tennis in the retirement home, whispering love songs to one another, while sipping mint juleps.
Correct me if i'm wrong but Marquez is 23 and already has 4 world titles under his belt,if he chooses to keep racing i'm willing to bet that in another 15 years he'll have surpassed the great one's current 9 world titles, and good as he is i can't see Rossi reaching 10 in his final 3 seasons.

Your hate for the GOAT is deep, my friend. i've said numerous times that I feel his actions last year have tarnished his legacy. But I give criticism on all accounts, not just for Rossi's competitors. Whereas you Lorenzo and Marquez fanboys chose to ignore their shortcomings.

Enjoy!

The reverse in fact is true. I didn't previously call him a whiner, and still don't disrespect his record, this being impossible to do realistically in any case, but find you typical of your breed , who despite having poured vitriol and hatred on any serious rival of Rossi's now take umbrage when this very small corner of the Internet doesn't drink the yellow kool-aid; those of your ilk are continuing the same stuff almost everywhere else. It was you btw who called Jorge a whiner on this thread, so you can hardly complain when it is pointed out that your boy has whined at a level orders of magnitude greater. I repeat, the bloke you called a "girl" and a "whiner" raced on the same weekend he fractured a clavicle and had it played, and contended for the podium over most of the race.

I am a Doohan fan more than than I am a Lorenzo or even a Stoner fan, and he whinged after races as well , usually after winning; they all do, except Micky Hayden that I can recall.

Yamfan, you are super sensitive to the .... stuff. Whats homophobic about them singing love songs to each other? Do you have a problem with gay people? Read my sentence again, and tell me where I said anything negative about being gay. I simply said they will sing to one another as they play paddle sports.

Ping...

Pong... You stink!

Ago is the GOAT count his titles fanboy.
It's the very reason Rossi is desperate to cheat his way to more.
Good night.

The point you're missing is I NEVER said Rossi isn't a whiner. And I don't care if people call him that. What is amazing to me is that people who dish on Rossi can't take the heat when the dishing is done to their favorite rider. Then I get called a bopper, whatever the hell that means who knows/cares, when you guys do the same thing when defending your favs. It's the most ridiculous ........ that i've ever seen on a forum, honestly.

The internet if full of proof, and lots of other useless information

LMAO! And now you're stealing my pic and using it as your profile pic. WHO CARES????? Is your life really that empty?

What are you going to do next? Steal my identity? Good luck!!

No, those people come back at you, and then you can't handle it and can resort only to argumentum ad hominem. It is fairly apparent to long term followers of the sport that all of this pettifogging criticism of other riders is a product of the Rossi era btw, even if you don't understand cause and effect which would seem to be fairly evident.

Again, all the current stuff is a product of Rossi's attitude, actions and statements since the PI 2015 race. If he had fought out the season "like a man" in your terms he would have got full recognition from me, for finishing a close second let alone if he had won. Jorge has his faults, but not being tough is not among them as I have detailed, and both Jumkie and I whom you accuse of such bias have been trenchant critics of MM in the past.

Actually, not true at all. I was not the first to sling the insults, I was simply responding.

And if you think criticism of other riders is a only a product of the Rossi era, then you are far crazier then I anticipated.

Also, please show me where I said Jorge wasn't tough. I said he was whiner and a complainer.

As far as efficient trolling goes tps7c is doing an amazing job getting y'all going...

so show me the proof. Then I'll eat my words and issue a full apology. I'm waiting...

You seriously have never heard of the Michelin Saturday Night Specials.? After they were banned Rossi promptly got smoked in 2007 by a virtual unknown on a pos bike. Rossi squealed like a stuck pig threatening to quit if he wasnt given Bridgestones. Without a tire advantage, he has proven to be solid all around rider, but nothing nearing goat status. Since every rider has been on the same tire, Rossi has 15 wins and 1 title in 7+ years. Lorenzo has 39 wins and 3 titles in the same time frame, Stoner had 22 wins and a title in 4 years, Marquez has 26 wins and 2 titles in 3+ seasons. Compared to 70+wins and 6 titles with a tire advantage, its easy to see that Rossi is not who you think he is. Is it proof, no, but it is very compelling evidence.

"He whines like a little schoolgirl every time a dark cloud passes over the circuit".

Schwantz and Rainey loathed each other. Nearly all fans of the sport back then were fans of both riders, however. There was perhaps a bit of an anti-Biaggi thing from Doohan fans in the overlap of their careers, but most like me probably appreciate both riders now with the passage of time.

Meanwhile those of your ilk have despised and belittled every rider who has ever dared to give Rossi any competition, even Toni Elias who only did so for 1 or 2 races.
