Rossi fans burn Marc Marquez dummy/apparel

Meghan,
I just heard your phone conversation with Pyeman. I didnt realize Pye is Mel Gibson and you two are dating

Complains about my lack of content
Has no rebuttal other then copying and pasting a meme someone else created

Priceless

Has no rebuttal other than copying a link to a video someone else created. Priceless.

He won on the first year of 4 strokes. Its unfathomable that someone could spend their entire youth riding a 2 stroke, switch to 4 strokes and immediately win a championship. Most riders took the better part of a year to learn how to ride an electronic free 990. Vale smoked the entire grid that year. The 2 stroke riders had the advantage of familiarity and the were still left in the dust.
I could go on and on with more truths if you like.

So which is it? Rossi is so good he adapted from a 2/ to 4/ much better than and dominated everyone, or he needs time to adapt to a change from Yamaha to Ducati? Casey Stoner went from Ducati to Honda and smoked everyone in 2011, including his own team mate who had 5 years experience on the bike. You are too funny. :D

What is Lorenzo's relationship with Stoner? Does anyone know this dynamic. I dont believe their close. There is a possibility Jorge and his massive ego wants no part of Stoners presence. Their could be some interesting fireworks in the Ducati garage next year.

Oh the irony, calling me ........ when you can't even use proper grammar.

It is my contention that Ducati's race department is poorly run and constantly grasping at straws for remedies. Look no further than their last 2 hirings. They hired Stoner as a test rider. Take this as a compliment or an insult but everyone agrees that his riding style is unique and cannot be emulated. What is the point on feedback that is useless to anyone but Stoner. He's had 2 opportunities to develop bikes and we've all seen the consequences. Ducati ...., Honda in the midst of 2 disastrous seasons.
The second hiring being Lorenzo. Even blind idiots like the Anchormen can see Stoners feedback wont work for Ducatis #1 rider (# 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 etc riders as well, but I digress, Im being redundant).

Vale didn't do a good as Rossi on the Ducati because he wasn't capable of adapting his riding style - the way Stoner was.

The Ducati that Stoner rode his first season on the bike was totally raw and lacking in refinement and yet, Stoner took more wins on it in one season than Rossi took in his entire Ducati career.

I missed an apostrophe. Damn. I guess that proves Rossi sucks. You got me.
Are you the cliche forum grammer police guy that runs out of arguements and resorts to nitpicking commas and apostrophe's.
Theres a carbon copy of you on every internet medium. What you and your fellow linguistic losers fail to realize is that most people are writing via mobile device and on the go. Were not sitting at home in moms basement hacking away at a keyboard, with a large monitor in front of our faces and the benefit of spellcheck.

Stoner had Bridgestones. Michelin was in the tank in 2007 which is why Yamaha wanted Rossi to switch tire brands. Noone had a chance on those Michelins. As soon as others started getting Stones, Stoners advantage was nullified and he won no more championships on the Ducati

I seem to remember you spending a lot of time nitpicking over grammar and syntax, prop.

At least he is getting some replies now I guess.

Yep, and all the people who weren't giving him attention now are because he is pretending to be a Rossi troll. There's nothing to debate here because this "discussion" hasn't been based on anything remotely resembling merit.

This is pure gold, Casey won 10 races his first year on the Ducati. New tires, new bike, wins title and 10 races.

So you like dishing out but can't take it? Are you Valentino Rossi himself by any chance?

I notice you completely, and conveniently skipped over my other post. That says it all.

No one with a 2/ had a chance in 2002, but you ascertain Rossi ONLY won because of his supposed greatness.

Can you find another year in modern GP history where Honda and Yamaha had such a drought in wins. You won't because their always in contention.
HRC's 07 bike is universally mocked as a joke. It even has a derogatory nickname. The Pedrocycle. How can you slag off the 11 RCV as ...., then go and tout Stoner as dominant without recognizing the tangibles that led to his only year of success on the Ducati?

I must have missed your latest blunder. I work all day and rollerblade with my crew most evenings so I'm usually tied up. Unlike you I dont live in mommy's basement and pine away on forums all day.
I have no idea what you're babbling but if you're saying that Rossi won because of his greatness, then yes I agree and maybe you're not as dumb as I thought you were

Other riders were on Michelins and they weren't regularly kicking Rossi's .... You're resorting to the old "the bike rides itself" argument.

Now you're saying Rossi changed tire brands at Yamaha's behest. Link please!

If you didnt watch the sport back then sorry but I dont have time to play schoolteacher.
Try Wikipedia. Their pretty solid and thats where I get a lot of my information

In other words no such link exists because it's not true. OK.

So you live by the credo, " if someone on the internet said it, it must be true". Like I said you obviously were not watching. Rossi did not show up to work one day to find Bridgestones on his bike. Yamaha is the one that went out and got them for him.
Riders are nothing but tools for factories. They give input and engineers tweak to their liking. Riders cant put random parts on bike because they feel it would work better for them. If this were the case, Cal would probably be sporting frame sliders. Riders can lobby for change but in the end its up to the manufacturers
