and u dont think its benificial for USA to have a WC? oh they only have a puopluation of 300million and everyone in that country needs either a car or a bike to get around
<

fact is hayden doesnt have the raw talent of the like of pedrosa, rossi and stoner. who are tier 1 riders. tier 2 you have melandri, hayden, hopkins vermulen.

Don't shortchange us we need at least 2 cars each.
<

If you're going off results Melandri belongs in the first teir. He may be inconsistent, which for him means 8th place or first place. Vermeulen is inconsistent also, but for him means 13th place or 8th place.
He isn't even the same track as Melandri week to week let alone the same teir.
Putting Stoner in the first is a bit hasty. If he finishes in the top 3 next year which I think he is capable of than for sure he belongs there.
My list is as follows
1- Rossi
2-Melandri
3 and 4 Pedrosa or Stoner
5- Hayden

Noone else has been on the podium consistently over the last few years like these guys except for Cap X
The rest can be put in 3rd teir until their results improve.

Note all you fanboys that Hayden is my favorite rider and yet I am able to rank him 5th best. I see reality as it is. Other guys are more talented than him but his consistency and hard work is what has paid off in the long run.

Name 1 other rider who has been able have a close battle with Rossi and come out the a winner more than once?

sete years ago did it a few times and Elias did it once.
Casey did this year on a much faster bike. We'll see if he can next year.
No one else has

stoner hasnt battled with rossi??

maybe rossi wasnt good enough to battle with stoner.

look who has dominated who this season?

maybe your point of view is a bit skewed.

Pinky
Let me clarify my position on this.
I think what Casey Stoner did this year was amazing. He led almost every session and kicked everyone's ... come racetime.
I am withholding my judgement on how good he is until next year when the other manufacturers should catch up. His bike was clearly better but he dominated so much so that his skill had to play a great part in it. He is definitely a top 3 rider.
I truly think he is good enough to contend for a championship again. I just want to see how he does on a more equal footing.
No hater here. He seems to be a great kid who made great sacrifices to get where he is today.
My main criticism of his is WHY THE F&%K DID HE GET MARRIED SO YOUNG?

Where is his wife from anyway?

Dude, Have you seen the Pins on Casey's Wife? Fantastic, so that may be one reason.

Otherwise, I agree with you judgement of Casey's riding this year. Keep in mind Burgess rated Casey highly even before he entered MotoGP...so if Jeremy thinks he's got talent then who am I to argue.

I'm getting old and my memory is .... BUT I seem to remember reading something you said about Ant West a couple of days ago ....

Oh, here we go .... found it ....

here it is ...

" ... On top of that he's riding a Kawasaki who knows about as much about winning a Moto Gp championship as Australia knows how to breed an attractive female."

Unfortunately, she's another F'UGLY aussie female!!!!!

She looks real to me ... can't see any botox, silicon or reflective pearly white teeth ... you probably don't get real one's over there do you?!

You need to get out and about a bit more ... the other 6 continents have the natural wonders of the world!

Screw Hayden chat, look where this post is going now.

And keeping with the off topic trend, there are beautiful women everywhere in the world. I spent some time in India, and you have to look hard but they are there too. I find nose rings and toe rings sexy.

On topic: Hayden, humble guy, very respectful, world champ in 06, apparently a "lucky guy" too, as jumkie says,

Stop changing the subject Frost.

Lets go back to talking about chicks before bikegirl puts up a naked pic of Hayden.
<

If Casey's broad is an Aussie than you got me on that one.
She's hot although she looks a bit like the chicks in my barely 18 .... collection.

Problem is if you got some hotties down under than you're probabaly not exporting them cuz all I see are rode hard and put away wet types.

Someone mentioned they can listen to Aussie girls talk for hours.
That's the problem with chicks. You can't get them to shut up

i agree with that.

One of the worst defenses of a world title I have seen in the last 20 years. Easy to say he didn't have a good setup but has made so many rookie mistakes in races it is ridiculous

I really didn't take much notice of the Honda-Hayden conspiracy theories before. Now I'm not so sure, Nicky seems to get some ...... luck.

He wasted his Michelins trying to stay with a bike from a different time zone. Can't fault him for trying.

So are we saying it is solely HRC's fault that Nicky could not defend his 2006 title?

Think of Vale last year his luck was rotten too, and that can be called Karma....so maybe Nicky is Karma balancing itself out!
