Rossi is getting too nice in his old age

I agree. Four years ago he would've stood Marquez up and rode off. I can't believe I saw them go side-by-side 3 times and Rossi didn't rough him up.

Fab Race!

Only whingers and mexicunts will be unhappy about that one.....

Situation Normal....the new rules work.....if there had not been so many fallers the Open bikes would have been further back.....

AND brilliant ride from SCOTT REDDING to come top proddy Honda.....

Fantastic race. Good, clean and hard racing! Rossi and Marquez kept their composure under pressure. Smart ride from Pedrosa who usually struggles at Losail.

Lorenzo risked a little too much, but it's worked for him many times before.

After all the speculation and hand-wringing, it's once again two Repsols and a Factory M1 on the podium.

Great race to kick off the season, not surprised the Rossi whingers have shown up, he just showed he still has it and I'm sure that has you guys pissed.

MM showing why he is the champ, he can recover the bike from positions that would have lesser riders on the ground, I'm glad Rossi was around to make him earn it, that was one hell of a ride from the both of them.

I didn't like Aleix Espargaro celebrating in parc ferme like that. With all the hype over him coming into this, he shouldn't have been smiling for anything less than a podium, especially considering three bikes had to crash for him to get there.

MM doing 348.3 kph. want to know on which lap an if slipstreamed or not. looked like he pulled some 20 hp extrs out of the hat for the final 2 laps.. (sick crash fest btw. Hoffmann on german TV demanding dual compound front tyres, as most crashes were over the left front).

It's kind of hilarious that people let themselves believe the MSMA had made an oversight regarding open class handicaps. I was almost tempted to believe that Bridgestone might have pulled a fast one, but I refrained.

However, it surprising how much the spec ECU and 2014 Bridgestone have shaken up the factory bikes. Rossi is fast again. Lorenzo is lost. Bautista and Smith are at the sharp end? Strange times.

BTW, what happened to Bautista. Did I miss something or did the camera crews miss something?

Same. After the late pass Marquez pulled, I thought Rossi would rough him up for sure, but it never happened.

Espargaro did beat both Ducatis. That's a respectable achievement.

3rd lap, yes slipstream. He had a few tenths in the bank and showed it in the last 2 laps. Ran his fastest lap of the race on the last lap.
