Primacy Motoraad GP Deutschland Predictions & Race

That was a nasty one... He came off very fast and it looks like his first reaction was to save it, but the speed was too high. Hope he's okay!

No spoilers for Q2, but that was an interesting finish to the session.
Sets up nicely for tomorrow's main event.

This is the thread to discuss the weekend, don’t worry about spoilers. Marquez with the last second record breaker guts Petrucci. A lot of riders with very good pace. I expect a close race for around 20 laps but until someone proves differently, I have to beleive Marquez all walk away in the last 1/3 of the race .

He's very lucky lad, Gaz.
Could have been a lot worse both before and after hitting the airfence.
That should not happen. The MotoGP run-off should have slowed him down more. It is suppose to be 25 cm (~ 10") deep with small gravel. It didn't look like a slowing pit, at all. The area outside turn 11 use to be like that too. I don't know if it still is inadequate for motorcycles.

Marquez is already third on the all time Pole list. Considering the rules changes, that is quite remarkable. It is like he can pull out just a little more to assure he is fastest. What does he do with all those watches?

Lorenzo has good pace and is sounding confident. With so little time covering the two front rows, should be another good one.

Marquez’s win streak here is bound to end....... someday.

And BMW’s. He has won 5 cars going on 6.

Heck, he lead after the first corner when he started 10th. This will be a piece-o-cake for JLo to blast through to the front on this one. It will probably be another "will the soft tire last the whole race and will MM stay calm enough to let his hard tires get hot" event. It really is nerve racking to wait till the tire should work because he always pushes so hard. JLo can easily win another race, if gets in front. He can be a monster when he leads the field.

Mom, Dad, little bro, Crew chief. Himself. Now he needs a hot GF for the next one.

Luca Marini got on the podium in Moto2!

Careful. Some folk get sooky if you post moto2 or 3 stuff.

You have to get cryptic .... like

Congratulations to 9x champion Marc not Mark Marquez. Equaling that of Uccio's friend Valentino.

Marquez is amazing.

Lorenzo..what happened? Tires, looks like he used them up early and just kept going wide.

I still hold out hope that one race, Rossi will get a win!

Man that Yamaha is a real POS.
Well, it can't be the electronics because Casey told us Valentino would be champ without any electronics. Not Rossi's story, but hey, he is still beating Vinales.

The Honda is the bike in trouble. Just look at the standings and only one podium from anyone besides Marquez on a Honda.

That went about exactly as I expected it would for the win but a bit surprised on Rossi for second. Vinales just has to get his first 1/3 of the race under control. Really nice ride from Bautista. ....... Lorenzo needs to be overruled on tire choice, the soft front was never going to go the distance. It’s like his mindset is, if I can’t win, I will at least get a lot of tv time, .... points. He could easily have stood on the podium with just a bit of common sense on tire choice. He was never going to beat Marc and knew it , so he went with exposure over points haul. In his defense, he is so far down in points , they really don’t matter and wins will. 3 week break then it’s off to Ducatiring, where Lorenzo will win if the ....... doesn’t go soft soft to lead the first 10 laps.

edit: next stop Brno, then off to Ducatiring a week later
