He was lucky to get second this year but he be a future world champion in my opinion.

if rossi hadn't of crashed, hadn't of rode through the pits in the wet race for no reason, then rossi would of came second.

rossi lost it, dani earned it.

His post smacks of the denial of Haydens Win of 2006 ..... perhaps he is subtlely "rubbing the noses in" of those who said simillar about Nicky in 2006?? ... .. Of which I might add that I am not party too!! Hayden won fair and square by me ... as too did Dani..

He rode just as hard as everyone else. His riding ability combined with the hard work from his team earnt them second place.

Rossi probably is the better rider but there are a lot of other riders that had bad luck this season too.

winning races doesn't come into it, it's all about consistency, the numbers dont lie. you no that !

people go for fastest lap times, thats the first thing they look at thier results are whats thier fastest lap time.

usually fastest lap time = faster rider, but #1 is consistancy, theres no point running 0.5 sec a lap faster than anyone else if you the run 2 seconds slower every other lap. same with a championship.

Nope that honor is KRJRs...in 2000 he was world champion and in 2001 he came 11th place....versus Nicky's 1st in 2006 to 8th this season.

People complain about australians bashing Rossi all the time on this forum but i'd say the Pedrosa bashing yanks are just as laughable. Pedrosa was second best this year, good job by him.
