He actually has a point more than he did at this stage last year, he seems to have a habit of looking pretty uninterested until june. Even in his last BSB championship winning season he managed just one podium in his first six races.
As I said he just has previous form for it, even his first BSB title in 2006 he only had 2or 3 podiums in the first 8 or 9 races and then he just blitzed them all. I think on his day he's good enough to give anyone in the world a run for their money on a superbike.
Is it possible TAS are getting more of BMW's attention though?
