Mat Oxley on the Michelin tires

Which makes Peterson's feat in 2012 even more commendable. I used to love the rushing game of the 80s - Payton, Allen, Dickerson and as Mike says - Riggins. It's a rugby union thing.

I was staying on the Berkeley campus some years ago and I decided to take the BART out to have a look at the Coliseum. Alighting at the station the entire area exuded hostility. There was a caged bridge to the stadium over the railroad lines and the environment was grey bleak concrete and smelt of piss. It reminded me of the chalk hill estate surrounding Wembley before the area was regenerated. Actually, the environs around Candlestick Park weren't particularly clever either. Also took a look at the Olympic Stadium/Exposition Park where they played as the LA Raiders. Have to say, the notion that hosting the Olympics can confer trickle down benefits on the surrounding community is entirely fallacious. At the Coliseum one of the gates was open so I wandered onto the field. Same happened at Seattle - was it called the Qwest field once or something? Sauntered downhill to look at old town where the fire started and wandered over to the Seahawks. Much more pleasant - and again the gates were open so I ventured inside. I have some photos somewhere.

Let's not forget Bo Jackson, Earl Campbell, Thurman Thomas, Herschel Walker and the black Casey Stoner, Barry Sanders.
Outside of AP, we have not seen a RB like those guys in a long time.

Post drafter. AP is injury prone. Its his running style. The other guy on the list punished defenders or found ways around them. AP just refuses to go down until he gets blown up. He has no idea how to protect his body.

.... Hershell Walkers and all his other personalities too. He wore tights and did ballet. Seriously Barry is no Casey. He may be a quitter like him but he was never given the machinery to win on. He played for the ....... lions and when he demanded a trade they said no he said Id rather retire. I don't play football professional and I live in Michigan but I'd retire before ever taking a single nap for the lions. .... the Fords!

And you left Mike Alslott of your list. THe great white hope.

I can't wait for December 18th.

Hopefully the refs swallow the whistle for the Denver defense against the Patriots and Von Miller ends Brady's career.

I hope by December 18th Payton Manning will have sold out so much that he will air in every commercial for the entire game.

Thats ...... up by the way. The hoodie would just pick some random out of the crowd to finish the game for the W anyway.

I knew you would love Vonn since he's famous for grabbing his junk and pumping it up and down whenever he gets a sack.
I bet he's on your fantasy team

Peyton Manning can't handle being retired. It is slowly deteriorating his soul.

I expect him to contemplate playing in the CFL just to feel the GLORY of competition again. He probably would be okay with dying on the football field due to his neck separating because he's a real general and LEADER OF MEN.

Peyton has a soul?
He's happily retired. It gives him more time to get back to molesting trainers

I thought he sold his soul to Oreo cookies. He will play as long as the human growth hormone allows him. Hence his retirement.
