Just got back from Greece two weeks ago. Was a bit shocked to see their red flags actually hanging from the balconies of several apartment buildings on some of the smaller, less inhabited islands. A lot of outrage in Athens presently at the way Golden Dawn brazenly murdered a Greek rapper in a public space in full view of dozens of people - because he'd recorded an anti-facist rap recording. These guys make the NRA and T-Party look like Ralph Nader devotees.

The problems in Greece are only just beginning, when the people feel helpless they turn to other organisations for hope, and this is what happens, other countries are going the same way.

No doubt about it. I see it here in the USA as the economy worsens - the increase in intimidation of non-whites and demonization of immigrants is clearly on the rise. T-Bagger lunatics (which really are a relative minority compared to other Republicans) have undue influence with the least intelligent Republican politicians who are only interested in staying in office.
