Sorry 'Electric Mofo', but you can Replay to have a look! We cannot post the pics anymore.

It had bits of it falling apart... Again!

Great for Vermeulen. No Michelins on Podiums!

Edwards goes backwards as usual, Stoner out raced Rossi which should shut some mouths up on this forum, Depuniet and Guintoni were legends today, I've never seen anything like that before, especially from Guintoni.

Hoffman was a star and should milk it for all its worth. Melandri, well its good to see him at the sharp end again, Pedrosa proved that he doesn't suck in the rain.

Unlucky for Hayden, thats a big moral blow for him. Unlucky for Barros for crashing on the last lap.

And lastly, congrats to Vermulen and Suzuki, well deserved race win for that team.

One of the best races in the past 5 years IMO. So many ups and downs, proper classic.

Im not making excuses this is why I dont post much here because any debate turns into a your a mindless rossi fan but if you clearly didn't see the piece on his tire which was the right side which was the corners he was having problems with it was on the onboard around the time stoner was behind him you obviously werent paying attention. maybe to soft a tire and when they first came out there not enough rain on the track maybe? congrats to all the riders on the podium michelien really need to get there act together. Guintoli was a madman!

Right mate! At Ricardo Tormo in September 23, 2001 on Telefonica Movistar Suzuki, with Barros 2nd, and also a Suzuki in 3rd with Roberts Jr.

I would like to congratulate Chris for winning his maiden GP in Moto. He was without a doubt the best today and he definitely deserved to win!! He's really good in the wet!!!! Well done Chris!!!
<

Also have to say Melandri did a good job!! I think Casey was the biggest winner today, cause, again, he finished on the podium, and because of Rossi's result he extended his lead in the championship even further!! Casey now has 21 points more than Valentino, it's gonna be really really hard this season for the Italian, cause Casey will definitely win more races this season, that wasn't the case with Nicky last season.

I don't know what exactly the problem was with Rossi today, but fact is, he lost out big time today. I'd really expected to see him on the podium, but I guess he had some problems. Like I said, it's not gonna be easy this season, but that's ok though!!

I have to say Dani did a very good job today as well, he's obviously not a very good rain rider, we knew that, but he tried really hard today, and that resulted in his 4th place. I feel sorry for Nicky, cause he was doing so well imo!! He would have finished in 4th place I think. I guess it's somehow not meant to be, cause he's really trying and he did really well today..I feel sorry for him. Next time better I guess..

Oh no no no! dont get me wrong! Im not saying that the tire didn't .... up because it clearly did. What Im trying to imply is people cant just keep on blaming Michelin when Rossi and his crew team are the only ones having issues. At the end of the day Michelin aren't idiots, they've won many grand prix and there a well proven machine and they probably have the most data for their home track at le mans. All they do is supply the tires for Honda, Yamaha, etc, its up to the teams to tune their machines to take the best advantage of the tire.
You cant just tune a bike to be a beast in the corners which then creates to much heat for the tires and then blame Michelin when things go pair shaped. Why dont people ask them selves why Honda or even colin edwards haven't encountered problems to this extent?
Take leguna last year for example, it was a phenomanoly hot day, Yamaha knew they were having over heating issues, so what does Rossi do? guns it for all its worth and suprise! suprise! you guessed it, the bike blew up.
Blame Yamaha for their over-heating issues not michelin.

bit of a contradiction here mate,

If your driving an F1 car and the mechanics warn you that if you push it too far the engine may blow and it does, is it your fault or the engines?
And if the engine blows ( in this example it does ) has or hasn't the engine ...... up?

wtf has that got to do with this race, do you no what his team have said to him then ?
when was the last time you saw a wet tyre fall apart on a wet track ?
and i dont think rossi was or could push any harder than anyone else out there today ,do you ?

It was great to see Vermeulen and Suzuki get a victory.

Yamaha need to get more power and Michelin need to sort out their tyres.

ummm, is thast you answer ?
you are implying rossi wasa told to take it easy and pushed to hard, im asking how you no this,or is it just your mindless oppinion

Firstly, contratulation to Vermeulen for the Winning, really he is a masterful in Rainy conditions.

But, this forum is going to be turned into a Rossi's fanboy arena. Most of the topics theme are overcame by the fights between fanboys.

For the fanboy, anything disturb Rossi, but himself and the team.

Today, Rossi miss a lot, miss a lot and again fanboys, MISS A LOT!!!!

He wasnt bearing pression back and simply, he lose the grip, he lose the braking time and he lose the track at least 3 times. His problem today wasnt the tires, cause, before changing it, he was doing wrong so.

Rossi psychological part is affected by the poor Yamaha team performance this year.

And look at this!! Stoner and Ducati definitely proving that they are champions team!

Desmosedici is the best bike this year by far and if not had rain, Stoner will win again with no problems, for the third consecutive time. Ducati have the best bike this year and there is no discussion. The eletronic part of Desmosedici is by far the better, look at all that control in the rain. The engine is the best by far too and the bike chassis is not the best but improved a lot.

That make Desmosedici GP7 the best bike in 2007 season with no doubts, shutting the mouth of Edwards.

And not to mention Stoner, that makes a brilliant job this year and have a real champion profile. A rider that wants to be champion doenst commit errors. Is that what he is doing, driving perfect and for perfection.

Congratulations Stoner and Vermeulen, the two names of Le Mans Race today!

What the hell! I wasn't implying that Rossi was told to take it slow, Im implying that Rossi was the only one with a tire issue and It cant be Michelin fault when its happened to just one rider for so damn long.

Anyway, 4 Michelins out of contention and only 3 finished the race at their home track … Rossi’s wet race tire falling apart ‘in the rain!’ Doesn’t help much, does it?

I agree 100% with you, but with fanboys there is no discussion.

Rossi have a problem with the bike and the Yamaha team this year.

Seriously thrilling race, loads of stuff going on! Casey is just impressing me more every weekend, what a fantastic job to just out perform rossi in conditions that should have favoured Vale! I for one expected more from Vale, but JB said that they had a hard tire on gambling on less rain! Pedrosa put in a magic ride considering what he used to be like in bad conditions, so he has really shocked me today. And impressed with Hoffman for another solid result and beating his experienced team mate!
