Is now the time to march Dani to the gallows?

After the first 2 races, I seriously doubted Dani's chances this year - I admit it. However, I may have been wrong - and I'm happy to admit that. He rode a great race. Sure, the season is long. But he displayed a champions ride on Sunday. I hope he can back his victories with follow up victories, not just flashes of brilliance. I'll be cheering him on each race...

If the yamaha was better than the honda I would say dani is in deep trouble, but the honda seems to be the better bike and dani showed what he could do with it on sunday.  I can't count him out

It was just like a replay of the latter part of last season.

He waited till everything was up to speed and checked out.

Finally he is on the ball in 2013.

I expect to see a replay of this at many tracks this season.

Dani is at the best I have ever seen him.

And this should be his season. ;)

Dani will be a contender this year and yes it may be his last chance because once Marquez has a year to learn most of these tracks he will come hitting with a vengence.  I don't see Marquez winning this year. Its between Pedrosa and Lorenzo once again.

This IS certainly Pedrosa's best chance to win. This year's RCV is clearly the best bike. And between Pedro & his teammate, they will undoubtedly be taking away point from Lorenzo (case and point Jerez). I also think at some point Marky will DNF, possibly taking himself out of contention. Its Pedros title to lose. I hope he loses it. :....:

What worries me is who else will MM take out with himself?

Jlo is one lucky mofo after the last race, but I counted 4 of his 9 lives gone.

Seems as though the season is summed up every round these days, and riders are judged after every session......good strategy to keep the hits up on your website if u make a buck out of this series......

Talps, thats been the prevailing reality for some time now, hell we have been judging everything from practice to practice.

Disagree about the making a buck thing though, i doubt peeps on websites are making much, and might actually be "paying to play", considering the high cost of access. Now Dorna? Yup, theyre racking in the loot.

We all know Dani doesn't have the 'it' factor.  Sure he may win a few races here and there, but he's just not a complete rider.

Maybe if Jumkie gets on the back seat of Dani....... perhaps that'll excite the lil' guy more to ride with more passion.

A few races here and there... yeah 46 of them, 114 podiums, 42 poles, 55 fastest laps... the third-most successful rider in the history of MotoGP after Rossi and Stoner.

Do you often hear the words 'what a pile of .....'?

Once more for your scrapbook.

You summoned all that off the top of your head?!!...I'm impressed!

You are easily impressed.

There's a thing called the internet. Companies like Dorna make all those facts and figures easily available - well, for people with a modicum of typing ability at least.

But where did you get the idea that people can only relate things they have remembered? Is that one of La Cockaroacha's laws?

I'm surprised you didn't know that.

Comeon! its Arab!!! he gets everything he knows from magazines. He wouldn't get any information from anything as "base" as an "internet"!!

Matter of fact he is posting via his 1953 edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica

I know he gets his riding technique from that fine publication ..........

Pedrosa's just not a 'fighter' out on track.  If he's had a good day, he'll lead and keep his lead to the checkered flag.  But on his off days, dude put's up a fight even the French's would look down upon.

So you would rather see a guy having a "cat fight" with vale ( ala the biaggi-rossi lipstick fight ) or a guy fighting the bike and track ........ as Dani did most successfully.

Isn't there WWF? for guys like you?

Yes Dani is already at the gallows ........ but not for why some folk want him to be there ........ he's pulling the lever

Petr ..... and anyone who's name starts with a P really.

WTFishernadesdoinginthere!!!???

Colin?

all of these folks added together and multiplied by their numbers haven't achieved what Dani has.

There's just so much sooking that goes on at Pedrosa I don't know why folk don't just come out and say he "uses the most electronics" or someotherridiculoussuch.
