People make a big fuss about loyalty to Honda, because other world champions did back in the day, but that may be a passing tradition. I'm sure Marquez thought there was a certain prestige to win with the same factory as Spencer, Gardiner, Doohan, Rossi, Hayden and Stoner, but the guy also - really likes winning. If he has to take another championship or two on a European-built bike, he'll get over the disappointment of not doing it on a Honda.
