First off, congrats to Lewis for a good drive and a good points finish. 7 points clear and bar the FIA regaining their Ferrari fanboy status, looking good for the c/ship.
Congrats also to Fernando, a good drive aftera .... qually. Unfortunately another stupid FIA rule over pitlane policy means that too many people were handicapped spoiling a good race for them.
Ferrari....well.....
As mentioned earlier, this team have fallen to pieces recently, they are making stupid mistakes and costing their drivers valuable points. You have gota feel for Massa, was really an easy victory for him, and would have meant a nice lead in the c/ship. The light mistake forgiveable, but leaving the car to burble away at the pit exit, no way!
The team ethic apperas to have faded since the departure of Todt, Brawn and Schumacher. This is not helped by the "not really interested in racing anymore" attitude of Massa's teammate. There are a lot of people deserving of a seat here, and he shuld remember this!

that is debatable.

him not interested in racing anymore, and consequently, because of his alleged lack of interest in racing, other people are now deserving of his seat

these comments really make me laugh, last year FA threw a paddy every time LH out performed him and generally acted like a spoilt child! i like FA (or did till last year) but his fans really need to open their eyes!

Oh I so agree. Very natural and talented driver, but just behaves like a petulant schoolboy and chucks the toys out the pram when its not going his way!!

I just remember him stating he didnt know if he was that interested in carrying on in GP, this would demotivate his team and engineers. There are a lot of drivers that are definately interested in carrying on and would be more deserving if this was the case (IMO)

he also said in a number of occasions, even before he went to ferrari. but he's still here, and will still be here after the 2008 campaign. as for the demotivating the team, how can you be so sure? and if that's the case, it's not entirely rakka's fault, is it?

Yeah, well people say a lot. Sometimes they just say things to let the media speculate about their future. Sometimes they didn't actually say something, but the media comes up with their own stories. fact is, Kimi signed for another year, he will be in F1 in 09 and 2010, as a Ferrari driver. I can understand his performances lately aren't good enough. He can do better, and he should do better, but it's not like he doesn't care, he's trying, but it's not working out really well lately.

Maybe I'm just biased, I don't know. I have supported him from the start on, and I will continue to do so, maybe he's not the best driver, but I do believe he will do better next season. For now I can't say too much I guess, because he's 4th in the standings, and that's quite pathetic!

Questioning Kimi's motivation is rediculous and shows a total lack of appreciation of the sacrifices F1 drivers have to make, especially concerning that seems to have no interest in fame and popularity. Kimi's performance however certainly needs to be questioned, Heidfelt's job at BMW isn't secured, yet he's just 1 point behind the man with the #1 on his car. If he drives like this next year Ferrari would be forced to take action.

Congrat to Fernando and Hamilton and Pity for Massa and Ferrari. Massa deserve better than that and his team and team mate spoilt his night in Singapore. I hope the championship still very much alive till the last race in Brazil.

I couldn't believe my eyes when saw kimmi slammed into the wall..he is very experience driver..

1. how did kimi spoilt massa's race?

2. experience does not mean immunity to mistakes.

Well of course the pit crews and the fuel rig incident had nothing to do with Kimmi. After Massa chance gone, I suppose Kimmi should finish at least 3rd but he spoilt the Ferrari night outing in Singapore by slamming into the wall

so how did it spoil massa's night? - as you've stated in your previous post... i don't think massa or kimi cared for what happened to the other's race. they are both racers, and they are there to race. i'm not saying that they wish for the other bad luck for the race. all i'm saying is massa is concerned with his race and his team, and the same goes with kimi. whatever happens to each other is of no concern to them.

Ok, I know he's the reigning champ, but don't expect too much from him (or anyone for that matter). How the hell should he have finished 3rd???? First of all, because of the 1st SC his strategy was never going to work again, he came in behind Massa, and because Ferrari screwed up, he lost like 10sec or so, then when he came back on track, he was like 15th, 16th or 17th, I can't really remember, but both him and Massa were last. So basically their race was ruined..you'd think. But then Kimi still managed to drive to 5th place, and that was actually a good result, considering where he came from! Of course you guys expect magic because he's the champ, so yes, you're absolutely right, shame on Kimi, he should have finished 3rd, no wait..he should have finished 2nd....oh...even better, he should have won
<

Look, he tried his best, but in no way did he spoil Massa's night, that can ALL be blamed on Ferrari! Because of that, also Kimi lost valuable time, but one thing I definitely agree on, in the end Kimi was the one who crashed into the wall. That's ALL his doing, not Ferrari's, but his crash had NO influence on Massa whatsoever, since FM didn't score any points.
