Or you could come to Laguna and shake Nicky's hand.

And yeah I did get a little wet. Also Kiyo drowned me and a few others in the stuff at Mallory

As for getting in the paddock, motogp was just a matter of climbing the right fence when i was at donninton 09, and wsbk's this march we just walked past the security at the same time as a car and we were in.

lol, thats awesome, cant believe I've never thought of trying it.

Agree about Brands GP too. Didn't mention it as I've never done it (yet) so dont know how it is for viewing etc. Always looks amazing on TV though.

If I bring base camp like I had at silverstone I can sleep 5. 10 if you double up on the bedrooms. with a 4.5m square shelter for shade or cover to eat etc

Aye, was gonna be riding to Silvo, meeting my brother in Dundee, but, when he couldn't do it, I didn't fancy the run down on my own. Luckily my step daughter is an Air Hosty, so she got me cheap flights to Brum.

Be great if a few o us do the Hill next year, good wee circuit for spectators.

Look forward to it mate!

With so many Brits here, and the addition of two Americans, why doesn't this series get any play on this forum? WTF.

(btw, what a fantastic title to the write-up, hehehe)

Sorry I never got to this thread. Been a manic month for me and shows no signs of slowing down at the moment. Some know the situation, some don't, but it's been hectic.

Come and stay at mine next year juM and Oulton Park ( and its fckin quality track ) is 30 minutes away. Not joking, you would love BSB. Some kick ... tracks, plenty of talent ( on and off the bikes ) and just great racing.

He's talking sense. I've done Brands, Snetterton, Oulton, and will do Silverstone this weekend and they're all excellent places with wonderful facilities. It's really hard to pick a favorite (sidebar, it's getting harder and harder for me to spell favorite and such words the American way). I'd have to say Brands and Oulton have been at the top, just for the circuit and character. I love Silverstone, but it's too vain for my liking. As references, my favorite circuits in the world are Sachsenring, Road America, and Phillip Island.

Nice work, Austin.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate it. Follow myself and Michael Guy on Twitter this weekend (@austinlindberg and @michaelguyMCN) and check in with MCN for Silverstone World Supers coverage. What can I say? It's a shameless plug for an event I'm very excited about. Lots of Hopkins coverage. So Pete, check back frequently.
