biaggi maybe to return?

A year in superbike didn't do Barros any good, i think this is a terrible idea.

I am looking forward to seeing Max bac in the Paddock. This will be his last year anywhere if he comes back. No more bridges to burn.

Anyway, I just want to see Max and Rossi duel it out. Sprinkle a little Pedrosa in the mix and watch Stoner bash them all. (Shout out to AntFAN!)
<

Anyways, I really do want to see Rossi and Max mix things up. I also would like to see Max and Pedrosa. Max/Ped battle would settle the who is the king of nice and tidy riding once and for all.

Corsaro rides on.!!!

Gresini can 'want' Biaggi all he want's, but the reality is, Honda's response will be something along the lines of 'get faaaaaaaaarked'
<
..

I think itd be funny to see him back, he would cause some conflict and tension (something thats severely lacking after the loss of mad max and gibberpoof) ..

Not gonna happen, nice idea though..

read people...
"The people who were running Honda’s racing efforts when Biaggi was fired -- allegedly for his outspoken criticism of Honda’s racing management -- are no longer involved. Both Suguru Kanazawa, then HRC president, and Satoru Horiiki, Managing Director of HRC until this year’s Japanese Grand Prix, have both been transferred out of racing. Whether HRC’s new president, Masumi Hamane, shares the bad feelings toward Biaggi that prompted his expulsion from all things Honda, will soon be seen. "

I think its a dam shame Max has parted from Suzuki. With Jt gone and now Max, who the hell is left to cheer for in WSB?
Hopefuly there is a manufacturer somewhere that MAx hasnt upset and we'll get to see him race again. Love him or hate him, u gotta admit he's one hell of a rider.

With the news yesterday that Fausto Gresini was talking to Max Biaggi about riding in MotoGP, after the Roman Emperor had failed to agree terms with the Alstare Suzuki World Superbike team, the only question was whether Honda would be gracious, or perhaps desperate enough to allow Biaggi to race a Honda again. According to Motorcycle News, the answer is no. As predicted by many people, HRC will refuse to supply bikes for Biaggi, the fallout from a huge row and acrimonious split up at the end of the 2005 MotoGP season.

This leaves Biaggi with two realistic options to race for 2008. One would be the still vacant seat at Pramac d'Antin Ducati, a move which Ducati might like to see, but which is going to be hard to achieve due to Biaggi's salary demands and demands for competitive equipment. The other is the factory Kawasaki seat in World Superbikes, a move which would be equally difficult for the Roman, for the same reasons as the d'Antin ride in MotoGP. He may yet be forced to settle for less if he wants to be racing in 2008.

highlighted bit made me laugh

Funny thing; I never thought much of Max. But since he is gone I miss him. I would love all the "schhbang" he would bring back to the motogp paddock. It would be great to seen him back in the mix with Stoner, Rossi and all. Kinda like midget wrestling all over again.

Japanese and especially Honda do not forgive or forget that easily....

Max tried to shame HRC by all his btching....so HRC will not lose face, ever, by hiring the 'Roman Ruin'

ummm, mcn, enough said !!

So far they have been on the mark. I wouldnt rule this one out. It seems that they have been cleaning up their act.. so we will see...
If I were a betting man, I would not bet that Max would be back and MCN is completely out of they heads on this one...

Just a thought on why Baiggi would want to come back ...

Biaggi and Rossi did not seem to get along very well and indeed I allways thought part of why Biaggi was not in Motogp anymore was the drubbing he would get from Rossi ... both on the track and off as well as psychologically.

So now Rossi is "on the wane" .... could it be possible Biaggi feels confident enough to regain some "cred." over Rossi??

well I don't think that in 2008 Rossi will be better than 4th .... so maybe if Max can get 3rd!! .... thats all he needs
<

Mind you if Max does come back I think he'll get a drubbing from more than just Rossi ..... maybe its just the thing Rossi needs to pick him back up and have the great resurgence folk claim is going to happen.
