Outside of legal trouble in Spain and maybe losing his driver's license, I don't see much happening to him in terms of punishment. He might get fined by MotoGP and forced to apologize at the next press conference. But I think it'll blow over and that'll be that. Different standards for people like him.

1) Pecco made a mistake...a young man's mistake. I don't drink and drive but I did when I was his age. Sure, it was dumb but guys that age do lots of dumb things.
2) Pecco is a young man living the dream and on summer break. There have been a lot of riders / drivers over the years who partied hard. And just because he was out on the town, does not make him an alcoholic.
