Jet lag is an ...-kicker. Especially doing multiple flights. Flights over
7 hours really take it out of you. I go to Asia several times a year on
business and totally get it. I have a couple of workers who are Malyasian
and those fuckers get no jet-lag at all. I'm so envious. I'm betting there
are some racers who also are immune to jet-lag. My wife doesn't get it
either.
Funny - can't help noticing the photo of Spies - in that - he looks to be
in economy class. WTF is that about? Homeboy should at minimum be
in Business Class where you can lie down fully flat - much easier on the
body.
