Ducati staff are hot property, probably asking for a hefty pay jump to jump ship
For the main players in the silly season, I'll bet that not many of them sign until the 2 Factory Ducati slots are filled and it could take Ducati a while to decide who they have in 2025. Having said that we have seen how unpredictable the silly season has been in the past

Exactly. I read that as KTM Factory.
Regarding other slots. Sooner or later the balance is going to have to change. They cannot deny teams like KTM an extra 2 slots when they are willing to bankroll them while allowing Ducati to have 3 Satellite teams.

Possible that one of the satellite teams switches to KTM. I doubt there will be an extra satellite team that would cost Dorma money

Dorna doesn't want to pay another satellite team so the only way is to get one of the existing satellite teams to move their bike contract to KTM

Not that he needs it but hey extra fuel for the fire that burns within.
So looking forward to watching him race.
There may be some that may say they have an issue with him when they really don't just to 'tow the company line' so to speak.
In the end I don't think it really matters. It doesn't matter if MM is on a Honda, Duc, or a KTM, the animosity from the riders doesn't change and IMO the impact to MM on or off the track doesn't change because he is with the same manufacturer.
I just found it amusing.
Warthog is right Imo, it is a sign of narcissism. Do Valentino and his cronies really think MM has been waiting around all these years wistfully hoping that Valentino will like him one day ?. If ever there has been a guy who gives no ..... about Valentino’s approval that guy is MM.
It is likely he will get on quite well with his actual team-mate, and Gresini seem close to deliriously happy. The factory team are already saying that he shouldn’t expect his Honda salary if they sign him rather than that they would never consider signing a guy whom both Valentino Rossi and Marco Bezzecchi dislike.
