2024 silly season!

I googled it. Unbreakable? 🤣
I am a crusty old never was. Had a bunch crash a few years back and broke a clavicle, 9 ribs and pubic rami. Got my bone density tested after that. Not good.

Haven't seen that film. Samuel L Jackson is a great actor. Will need to have a look.

Pretty good film. There was also a sequel with a different name that was good.

I have broken more bones than I can keep track off. My last big crash was the worst. Bad concussion, broken vertebra, ribs in the front and back 7 in total, dislocated my collarbone from my sternum. Bruised lung. My head was cloudy for over a year.

You better stay off the Honda too! 😆

Acosta in Espargaro out. That is the correct decision. He better be on a factory spec bike or you are wasting a year of his life.
Augusto has done a great job for a rookie, there was absolutely no point in demoting him to test rider while Pol could be a great test rider due to all his experience.
I don't think it's a bad move that Pedro won't get to go straight to the factory team. Going to put less pressure him to perform straightaway.

I don't see it as less pressure. The thought is Pedro might be a generational talent. That comes with a lot of pressure. Putting him on anything less than a factory spec bike means it is harder to judge his process. He will have to overperform to prove he deserves a factory ride. Lets say he is this amazing talent that he could be and he is capable of fight for victories season one and he is being held back by an inferior bike. There is a chance this could cost KTM him as a future rider over it. If Honda or Yamaha get their .... together he could easily go there at the end of his contract. Give him the bike he deserves because of who he possibly could be. Even if it is on a gasgas he must be on the same bike Brad and Jack have.

KTM satellite bikes have been current spec factory bikes since their introduction. But for some reason the satellite KTM team hasn't been that competitive since Oliveira managed 2 wins with it in 2020. Let's see, Pedro took his time adapting to Moto2 in his first year. He'll receive upgrades later than the official team but support should be good.

HRC would disagree 😅

I have this impression also. Seems Marc is gonna leave in 2025, maybe back to Honda? Who knows...

Would be nice if he end up buying Gresini lol....
I'm thinking he went with a one-year option to see how things develop with the KTMs over the 24 season.
MM believes in himself and is probably thinking that it'd be more fun, more challenging to beat the Ducatis on a KTM in 25.
Also, a move to KTM in 25 would put him in a great position to negotiate a much better deal. Back to Honda who seem unmotivated these last years to do what it takes to truly be competitive? Seriously doubt it.

And, that creates the possibility in 2025 of Marquez and Acosta as teammates. I get wood just thinking about it.

This and also the possibility to win with 3 different brands.
