HRC must be kicking themselves for not hiring Dani as their development rider or not listening more to him once MM arrived....

Again Pol has to be having second thoughts....

KTM going forward should keep Pol happy but not letting him in to the further updates to their bike since he is gonig to the number 1 rival...

Don't forget that Honda's attitude has been that if Marq can make the bike go quick and win championships, then it's for the other riders to do the same rather than their having to change the bike. It will work for a while, but once Marq has moved on or is sidelined by injury, then they will be nowhere.

Just a gut feeling, but my take is that Honda is in their own little bubble with no awareness or appreciation of what they've lost. If they were smart they'd be focused on finding the next big talent. Marquez is not Iron Man. He can only smash up that shoulder so many times.

That obvious flaw of not being able to hold back just a little when he needs to seems to be his only one.

If Marcs not capable of easing off, and he dosent seem to be, it's his teams or the boss at HRCs job to step in. It's a team effort after all and now his team is dead this year.

A lot of money lost and their golden goose in a very dangerous position of hurting himself again trying to catch up.

I hope you're wrong in your metaphorical choice. We know what the owners of the golden goose did in the end.:boxing:

I’m pretty sure Honda know exactly where they stand. Particularly relative to Yamaha. After all, Yamaha were willing to let Lorenzo go, who by coincidence ended up at.......Honda. If you are saying the engineers at Honda post Lorenzo don’t appreciate what they have with Marquez, ok, maybe but I don’t agree. Marquez, as far as I can tell, only wants what suits him. Honda have shown they are more than to comply.

To go in two directions at once is doubly expensive, with potentially little reward. Just ask Yamaha. Why don’t they allow Rossi to guide the development program? Simple, they have Quartararo. It’s up to Rossi to go faster to lead once again, but he can’t. Ditto Honda. Once Pedro was faster, now he’s not. No doubt he is of great benefit to KTM to show them that it’s not the 1% that matters in MotoGP, it’s the 0.1%. That’s regardless whether the frame is trellis steel rather than beam aluminium, which btw was once the supposed cause of KTMS problems. The reality is they now have Binder, like Honda has Marquez and Yamaha has Quartararo. Ducati Zarco, Bagnaia

I say say quit worrying, sit back and enjoy.

Whoever let MM race after being injured the same week, needs to be sacked. I'm sure he begged his boss all week to give it a go, but that's just terrible decision making.

Just have to laugh at blaming a window for the re-injury, its obviously a face-saving measure that failed.

No, not at all what I was saying. I was replying to an earlier post that said HRC were kicking themselves for not keeping Dani around in an advisory position.

As to the rest: What me worry?
