Webb is a feisty little dude, he definitely goes faster when angry. With some tutelage from Aldon Baker he races smart to maintain his position in the championship.
I'm sure Musquin will be looking for some payback, but Marv better be ready to play the long game with Coop if he decides to do so.
The Supercross championship has been exciting to watch this year, the team rivalry is good for the sport.

is it the bike? is it KTM's training system with Baker? or was Webb never healthy while with Yamaha?

I think it's a combination of all above. He never really gelled with the Yamaha, though did show some moments of his form from 250's. A year under his belt, a proper off season training schedule as you mention and the last piece has to be the bike. I've always been a fan of his, but after last year didn't expect this year's performance so far. I have always thought he would be a 450 title contender eventually.

The 450SX championship has certianly eluded Eli and every time it has been his own fault. No doubt he's the fastest SX rider in the world when he's on; he has to figure out how to mitigate the damage on bad nights.
2020 he needs to get it done.

Congrats to Webb!!!

will Tomac ever win a championship?

My personal insight into Cooper's 450SX championship:
He is a mental Samurai, only showing his katana when absolutely necessary. I believe he has more speed to show but why ride at the edge and risk injury? Cooper comes off as an aw shucks North Carolina country boy off the track but when the gate drops he’s a little assassin. He gives as good as he gets and one of the very few people in the world that rides faster when pissed off.
