Poor old Pasini.

I think we'll see those bikes on e-bay soon, advertised as 'Mint condition, reliable race bikes'.

Yeah I was in hysterics. I definitely think this one was better than Hoppers!!

Twas a boring 250 race, but props to Lozzy and to Bautista clawing his way up to 6th spot. Dovi was going well for the first few laps and then dropped right off the pace at the end.

125 had more exciting moments, well done to KTM and Koy for snatching his first win.

only pictures but video will be on youtube soon.

What about Espargaro taking out West, what a freaking amateurish and stupid mistake, they were only fighting for fifteenth ffs!

Amusing stuff.

Oh yeah. You think Aleix wanted to take someone out? Do you think Dani wanted to take Nicky out?
To be honest Espargaro could have beat West anyway

CONGRATULATIONS to Toby Markham who qualified for tomorrows British 250 GP on a 20kmph slower Yamaha TZ250 - the only one of the four wild cards to make it.

That probably wouldn't have happened without the return of the British GP 250 Championship (through which 3 out of the 4 got their wildcard rides - inc Markham)!

Pasini on pole!! Wish him the best tomorrow!!
<

I'm hoping to see a nice battle between de Angelis and Lorenzo. Rather see Jorge win, well..actually I don't even mind, let's hope it will be exciting!!

The title fight in the 250cc is wide open again, Lorenzo didn't finish, Dovi won, cause Alex crashed with only 2 laps to go (still finishing in 2nd place). Now the gap between Jorge and Dovi is ''only'' 11 points. Didn't like to see Jorge crash out, but I guess now the title fight is at least exciting again.

Bring on Assen!!!!!!!!!!

stoked for pasini.... finally the guy beats the bad luck! good on him!!! 250s nice & close now..... jorge!....
<

Well despite the result IMO today proved the 250cc is over. The only weak point Lorenzo had last year was wet weather, and it seems all the dirtbike training he's done this winter in Kenny's ranch has proven worthy. He was very fast and only that desire to win instead of taking an easy podium made him crash, like last year he'll learn from this and next time he'll settle for a podium finish.

The 125cc is the one that seems really open, Faubel has regained the championship lead thanks to his 3rd pos, Talmacsi DNF and Pesek's miserable race. Pasini will probably win more races but he's too far down to be in the title hunt.

Maybe Jorge crashing out is a good thing (for the championship of course!!). I obviously didn't like it, since I support the guy, but he's still on top. And I still think he will win the title this season. It's just better now, cause it's all so close in the standings (between him and Dovi).

Hey, don't be angry!! Jorge will still win the title, I'm sure about that!!!
<

But I guess it must be F up to see your favourite rider crash out of the race
<

Hopefully that won't happen to Rossi or Jorge next week. I didn't pay for those tickets to see one of them crash. If that will happen, I will kill them

I was literally devastated, it was terrible!!
<

However the 250 race was excellent anyway, the battle for the lead was intense and although i was gutted when De Angelis came out second best, Dovi clearly did everything right and rode a perfect race. I predicted Simoncelli would crash and then he did so right in front of me, but was fortunately ok. Now the championship battle is hot again and Assen will be exciting.

The 125 race was good as well, it was so nice to see Pasini finally win the race he deserves, and so convincingly too. A real shame for talmasci to have a problem, but these things happen. Smith was disappointing, he never got going well enough all weekend and was beaten by another Honda rider! What the hell is wrong with Lukas Pesek?? he was rubbish this weekend.

Yes indeed!!! It's gonna be exciting for sure!! I really really hope I will see both Jorge and Valentino win, then my day will be perfect!!!

Dovi definitely did everything right today. Eventhough I was disappointed about Jorge's result, I was still happy for Dovi. He's really trying this year, it didn't work out before, now his chances of winning the title have increased, it's great for the title fight!!

I haven't seen the 125cc race, but I am really glad for Pasini though. Finally no badluck!!! Would love to see him win next weekend as well!!

Pasini finally!!! I'm not a fan, but he needed it badly!!! Did you see how other teams congratulated him too!!
<

About Lorenzo... well I don't like the guy (of course that doesn't apply on my respect as a rider) so
<
(small human malice) and it's good for championship.

Great 250 race with plenty of action, De Angelais chucked that one away, but Dovi rode a solid race and has reduced toe gap to 11 points.

Missed the 125 race
<

Well I've had my happy moment in the 125cc race Robert Muresan finished 16th and i got to see him overtaking Pesek
<

That made it sweeter for me after the motogp race.
