Out of Nowhere
Rea extends the lead from ten to fifteen over Chaz. Again, he mentions the perfect winter pre-season preparation. Remorselessly, rhythmically pounded out lap after lap.

Like last year Chaz has so much confidence in that front end.

Great last corner move from Sykes

Oh, I am glad someone else is willing to talk about this series. Things are looking very familiar, unfortunately. We should demand that John and Chaz change bikes for a weekend, just to see what happens. ;-)

Is there any hope for Honda at all? Two MotoGP riders and nada. If BMW put some money into the WSBK, they might be more competitive. They are already better than Honda and with less money.

Maybe Davies shouldn't have changed tires. Who knows. But with his mishap, the WSBK championship is already looking pretty predictable. That is unfortunate. Sykes is just not as fast a Rea, anymore, and the Ducs need to work a little harder for the same speed as Rea.

The supersport end may be more interesting, but not for the right reasons.

Yamaha is making progress where is Red Bull and Honda?
I hate to see the Kawasaki exclusive show again this year.
Hayden and Bradl can ride. Give that team some help Honda!!!

Who remembers when Kawasaki were considered the also ran team in WSBK?!

Which is exactly why I love the fact that they're dominating now. They deserve all the success they're currently getting because they stayed focused on WSBK and put in the hard work.

IMO, Nicky should be talking to Suzuki to see if he can a factory GSXR1000R next year. Unfortunately, his loyalty to Honda would probably make him ride the CBR in MotoAmerica before taking a factory WSBK Suzuki ride.

How the .... did Red Bull get bamboozled into signing with Honda? Honda's agents are magicians. First they got everyone to buy an overpriced turd in GP by saying it was .3 off the pace, and somehow they got Red Bull to put in after they announced they were updating the turd they're running in Wsbk. David Blaine has nothing on Honda.

Couldn't agree more about Honda's latest 17 CBR efforts. Its a 10 year old bike with styling and electronics being its major changes ... for the most part its not much different to the 16 bike in all the areas that it actually counts. Maybe they are adopting the Harley Davidson business model .... where you spend all your budget on advertising and marketing rather than on any actual R&D.
