I wouldn't say Rossi is the 4th fastest rider in the world, as he pretty much looked like the 10th fastest rider in the world often at Ducati. I will say he is on one of the 4 fastest bikes in the world.GP was a big deal before the 4th fastest rider in the world and it will be fine after the 4th fastest rider in the world hangs 'em up.

If Rossi, Iannone, and Viñales were on factory M1s, I'm still picking Rossi for 4th. But I admit we don't know how good MV really is. Rossi's alien status is undeniable, even if he is a little less alien than the top 3.
I think Vinales will be fast and hope this year Suzuki give him a suit bike so he can fight
