One thing I hate about the Japanese commentators is that they're always doing small talk, or giving trivial background info about the other Japanese riders. I understand the nationalism but this is international racing, would it hurt to talk about the other riders a little?!

Excellent race start... all sorts of interesting events... HOW BAD IS NICKY'S luck this year? Edwards team mistakenly set the wrong ENGINE MAPPING?!?

We knew Takahashi didn't belong in MotoGP, now its confirmed. Unbelievable.

They started with the Asimo robot doing some awkward dance and they brought up how Dani would cost less to replace, or something like that. Had nothing to do with Takahasi (..... has no right to be on a MotoGP bike anyway) or any other Japanese rider.

From what I could see in the replay, Nicky was still on the ground after the crash was over and Takahasi was leaving the scene.

Great pass by Gorgeous George!

I suspect Rossi's tires are fading, he's slow out of the corners. Casey now up to speed, in a big way. (Errrr... maybe not. He's static at -4.3 sec) This will be VERY interesting in 10 laps!
