Simoncelli stiring it up already

dont think anyone will be bothered by it,only him
maybe he needs to do his talking on the track first
before getting into soak mode.
<

He's not gonna endear himself to fans but WTF... let's see what happens on-track. I get the feeling the 250 rookie he's gonna have to worry about is the one he hasn't taken out, Aoyama, on similar Honda machinery...

"I race anyone in the same way, so it's unbelievable that there were problems only with them. I happen to make contact with many riders, but with them - especially Bautista - it's always a big fuss. In 2009 he has given me the impression of being someone looking for excuses.

Well Duh.it only makes sense that the guys he run's with at the front have a problem with his motocross gp style. The rest of the field rarely has the honor of getting booted off the track with one of his bonzai moves.

I've never followed the 250s terribly closely (Yea, I'm a fool), but have seen enough of Simoncelli's riding and attitude to form a healthy opinion. With Pedrosa displaying occasional glimpses of Humanity, and Kallio devolving into a huge joke, Marco is well poised to snatch this year's "Biggest ....... in MotoGP" trophy.

I don't know when he made these comments, it's understandable if it was in the heat of last years championship. But if its recent it seems unessesary. For starters you would think he doesn't plan on riding particularly close to the riders in question next season. Secondly if this trouble comes about with two different riders he can hardly be surprised if he comes off worse as he is the common denominator. Is he insinuating a bias to his rivals because they are spanish? I don't think he really has the stature or established level of trust in the paddock to make statements like this and have general support for it.

Well if Simoncelli wants to be the new Rossi, he's well on his way.

(joke people, just a joke).

Why do I sense that lately when you've been talking, you are ducking down as to avoid a punch in the face every time you say something "smart".

I think Jumkie's lost his Mojo.

He's been uncharacteristically quiet lately.

I think it is a mental block he sees in the near future. THe mind set for the top class is on another level that he is unsure of how he'll do and knows he needs to eliminate the future drama. I give him credit for saying it, cause I know everyone on the 800's is feeling it.

Simoncelli is always been an ... IMO, a talented ..., but an ... nevertheless. And what he says there is just a load of bollocks.

"Race direction, by always judging in favour of Bautista and Barbera, has contributed in creating this ugly and hostile climate, which shouldn't be there. They had begun taking advantage of a situation that had become favourable for them."

Yet he got away with knocking Barbera on the straight.,
shoving Bautista off track

"Some riders, like Bautista and Barbera, always whine,"
Sim interview (in italian)
That's rich coming from him.
Transcript:
In my opinion Barberá is an ..... (charming), calling him ..... is flattering him! because he's started it (5 y old kid's excuse) from the first lap .... it's not that he did just one thing, he was all the race like that (whine whine), he went into me (??), in my opinion this is not the way to race (whine whine), because ... because (ran out of excuses?) you just have to look at the images ... if it wasn't because of him Bautista or I would have won (whine whine) ... him eh eh eh eh (his single neuron is overworked) I think someone has to do something about it (whine) because this is not the way to race

I remember a certain Englishman that thought he could bash his way to the front...didn't end well.

That incident with Barbera was a pure accident, he was weaving to not allow Hector to get in his draft. He doesn't have eyes on the back of his head to take the guy out.

The second overtake is Simoncelli's fault, as Barbera was in front and on the line, but Simoncelli simply put himself there...

Simoncelli is a dangerous clown with the hairstyle to match.

I fear he will be responsible for somebodys death before he alters his riding habits. Almost every race he is in he does something highly risky to his competitors. The last race last year, after overtaking Ayoma the first time, he moved right to the edge of the track so Ayoma had to partially run off-track. Unnecessary and dangerous. He has already been put on notice, but he doesn,t strike me as the brightest little possum.

If he thinks that he has done nothing wrong and his riding style is perfect, then he won't change. Until he admits to himself that he was at fault, or a few of his moves were questionable then he won't change. Not sure what it will take to get hiime to realize what everyone else has seen.

He needs to build a reputation with the trust of the officials before he can go around riding like the last lap of Jerez 05 every weekend and expect to not get called on it. He'll work it out

To be honest I think Barbera is the bigger danger.

Once he starts locking horns with Vale, or worse still, ruins his race, that'll be another supposed 'best mate' struck off the Rossi Christmas card list. Marco needs to learn from Loris, who has historically battled with his old friend Valentino on many occasions and kept the respect of The Doctor because of the way he keeps it clean, (although I'm fairly certain Tetsuya Harada would beg to differ).
