This is how I see it,

Sheene +Suzuki
Rainey+Yamaha
Schwantz+Suzuki
Doohan+Honda
Rossi+Honda
Rossi+Yamaha
Stoner+Ducati

.......all winners who just happened to be exceptionally talented riders who could be at`one` with their machine. This is it in its simplest form but there will be the usual arguments, blah, blah.Just my twopennyworth.

best joke ive ever read here apart haydens fanatics ......... how he deserved 06 championship, puigs plot against hayden and so on... put schwantz and rainey into the same category with doohan, rossi, stoner... very funny.

Made you bite again though didn`t it.

us passport makes wonders... for example turns good above average riders whom have had choke habits into all time greats class.

Hayden is one of the best riders in the world.
Pinky/27...go to a race and you'll see how little separates him from the top 5 in MotoGP. He's not as good as Stacey Moaner, but only 3 riders can even compare. He is talented and determined. Nobody in the paddock will say he doesn't deserve to be in MotoGP (except Puig - not even Dani).

talented for tractor maybe... he is worse than uselles... of course he doesnt belong in moto gp, 3 wins in 6 seasons on honda factory bike, guys like okada have had more wins in less starts...

Did somebody piss in your cornflakes??

#27 Your a fucken ...... after watching this years gp season so far i do believe the bike plays a bigger role than the rider Now that Nicky is on melandris old bike he is posting the same results marco was and Dovi is doing about the the same nicky was on the 2nd Honda. Now before you jump on my ... i dont mean in exact numbers or times, just in compareson. while Marco has been doing a hell of a lot better on a kawi powerd bike than he was on a championship ducati, ask yourself this how would nicky do on thE Hayate? i for one think he would be doing just as good as Marco. There are exceptions like Casey on the Ducati who has been the only man ever to tame it. Now I realize how much of a ..... that ducati is because when Marco jumped on it i Had high Hopes for him as I did for Nicky Now it would intrest me to see how other riders would do on it like Rossi Lorenzo Pedrosa and Dovi

........ typical for haydens fanboys who desperately wants to rewrite their favorite shameful 800 cc and slightly less but still shameful 990 history... in his second moto gp season - first on factory bike - dovi scored more points in first three races than hayden did at the same point in 2007 & 2008.

hed be easily outpaced by melandri because melandri is miles better rider than hayden. he condirmed this in his time with gresini.

Weather Marco be a better rider on a different bike is not my point! The Point is He sucked Just as bad on the 2nd Duc and His best finish ever is 2 in the world just like Pedrosa never a World Champion like Nicky and when marco finished 2 nicky was right behind him. Ill be the first to tell you and admit nicky isnt going anywhere on that ducati this year. and Yes Dovi is in the same category Nicky was last year he might have 3 more points or some dumb .... like that but your hatered for nicky shouldnt get in your way of seeing the truth Dovi will be lucky to finish 5th i hold nothing against him but thats the reality

dovi is better than hayden despite his lack of experience... deal with it... if he finish his second premier class season in 5th place that will be better than haydens 2007 and 2008 result in his 5th and 6th season with repsol... melandri scorerd more wins on gresini without full honda factory backing than hayden did on repsol with factory backing, just didn't have a luck not to be forced down in catalunya, otherwise he would be champion on customer bike with much more credibility than hayden.

Rossi>Stoner>Pedrosa>=Lorenzo>Dovizioso>=Hayden>Edwards
After coming back from injury in 2008, Hayden finished 2nd, 5th, 3rd, 4th, 5th. Dovi only finished ahead of him at MAL, where Hayden was a close 4th (notice Dovi had Pedrosas spring valve factory spec then).
Hayden is the 6th best rider on the grid. That's not enough for him and he'll take a WSBK ride.

stoner/rossi>pedrosa>lorenzo>dovi>melandri>capirossi>edwards>vermy... not even in top six, he was top 6 in 990 maybe but not in 800... now top 10 in best case.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE <div class='quotemain'>Dovi only finished ahead of him at MAL

just that was miracle....considering difference in experience, bikes, factory support...

As of the current moment Dovi is better than Hayden But career (900cc and 800cc none of this 125 and 250 ........) wise at the moment only Rossi is better and Stoner will surpass him this year too because pedrosa and lorenzo havent been world champions and Dovi is far from itand doubt he ever will be if Dovi was really better hed be on the podium by now lets see. Dovi is good but not elite like rossi stoner pedrosa at leasty Nicky was once up there with those names

Speedwise AT THE MOMENT (single lap fastest rider on the planet)

stoner>rossi>horhey>dani>RDP>edwards>dovi>capi>melandri>rest

Racewise

Rossi>stoner>dani>horhey>cap>dovi>RDP>Melandri>vermulen

I can tell you Nicky was STEAMING mad even before the Motegi race. Livio was stressed, chain smoking.
