Who gives a fk about the damn chair! Rossi shook his hand twice, once in the room before they went out on the podium and then again on the podium.

And BTW, the battle between Rossi and Capirossi was awesome!

Agree.
<

u guys are sooks. He brought the chair up to sit on to show how hard the race was! He didnt mock Dani one bit... Dani obviously could manage to walk around. The only thing wrong with dani were he looked a little pale from being so buggered cause of the pain killers.

I wonder if the cut fully opened up cause he will have to get it fully closed otherwise it will be opening up for Phillip and Motegi

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (46marijke69 @ Sep 11 2006, 01:24 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>I thought that the chair rossi pulled out was a nice gesture to dani, but rossi didn't thought about that. I'm not a big fan of rossi anymore, he's a great rider but I just don't like his little acts everytime he wins a race.

U seriously dont like him now cause of this?

So so sad!
And u call yourself a rossi supporter

Who did what on a chair?
<

Obviously the real bad guy here is the FKING JAPANESE TV THAT WON`T EVEN SHOW RACES WHEN THEY`RE IN THE SAME FKING TIME ZONE!
<

So yeah, bugger you all with your reliable access to motoGP this year

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Katt @ Sep 11 2006, 01:20 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>fastest lap went to Loris Capirirossi .... a 202.127 .... still 2 seconds off rossi's 'qualification' time
Rossi did that time in one of the free practice sessions with a qualifier on.

i thought the "bringing out the chair' thing was for dani too, Mari ... but it was kinda funny how loris jumped on his lap

no as you can find on this forum in other topics, I don't like the rossi acts after the race. in previous topics I already said that. I call myself a rossi fan because he's a fantastic rider, but like I said in other topics if I want to see a comedy I'll rent a movie. I watch motogp and superbikes because of the races. for me the little -vale- acts are just superfluous and definatly not a part of racing. I'm starting to dislike that more and more everytime he pulls his chihuahua gang or another attribute out on the track/poduim.

that's how he calls he's friendsgroup if I'm correct. you know, those people who travel with him and standing on the track, like back then with his 'snowwhite and the dwarfs' act

ahhh ... okkkkay, didnt know that.

never mind me, im just imagining a bunch of dogs dressed up in some weird kooky costumes...
<

Mari, the celebration is for rossi himself! who cares what he does! As you said you watch motogp for racing and im sure the racing stopped when he went past the checked flag.

Read his Bio man you'll like it, talks all about that stuff.

As for the Race, what a corker. It shows how good the Ducati AND Loris can be. Loris rode a blinder considering how out of shape the bike was getting in the last third of the race. The level of racing and the competitiveness of the riders and teams is getting more intense with every GP. Dani rode great, Rossi's going to be in real trouble, on a regular basis very soon. Forget about that chair nonsense, don't read into it too much. Nicky who?

yeah you're right, but for a strange reason I always want to hear the pressconference of the riders and I want to know what they think of the race. so turning off the TV after the finish isn't an option.
<
I know it's just me having comments on something most people like, and I don't expect rossi to quit his acts, just because I don't like it
<

Sepang should now be known as- Mugello II for the fantastic battling of Vale & Loris.

Well done to them both for making it interesting & also well done to Gibernau, a solid race from him.

Dazza, Richo, can one of the moddy types on the forum check this post to see if its acceptable? Its highly disrespectful to a rider, which I believe is not allowed on the forum......

Superb racing from Rossi and Cappers, really edge of your seat stuff. Makes me very glad to be a MotoGP fan first and foremost.

Heroic ride from Pedrosa, what else can you say? It's on the same level as Rossi's ride from 18th to 8th at Assen with the broken wrist or Melandri riding with the broken collarbone for three rounds.

It could have been a lot worse for Hayden. On to his best track outside of Laguna Seca.

Fantastic ride from Gibernau, perhaps he's beginning to gel with the Ducati and at full fitness. He could become a regular podium finisher next season. Same goes for Hopkins.

This isn't meant to be taken in generalities but I feel sorry for everyone here who wants to have a go at Rossi, Pedrosa or another member simply because they are Rossi, Pedrosa or they support one of those riders. We were just treated to one of the greatest battles of the season and all people can do is piss and moan about how Pedrosa is a whiner or how Rossi isn't a good sportsman. Someone mentioned a while back that there has never been a Rossi/Pedrosa rivalry and it's all conjured up by the media. I buy into it now. They didn't even have an interaction this race weekend and everyone is pointing the finger at one or the other for being poor sports or whatnot.

The rest of you can debate who the better sportsman is all you want, I'm going to stick to the on track action, thank you very much.

Or Capo racing with chest injuries for 3 rounds?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (IsraeliRacer @ Sep 10 2006, 06:31 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Dani earns my respect for the exact reason Rossi loses it, Dani doesn't try and play stupid psychological games with anyone, Rossi is fast losing my respect for being arrogant and behaving in a manner I'd expect of a five year old towards Dani. Grow up Rossi. I agree. Although there is still something funny in Rossi, I find difficult to abstract his personality from his racing. I used to despise it during 03-04, he was so opportunistic, but now his racing is more brave and upfront.

I don't know, it's like that film Amadeus, about Mozart: a supefluous and bullying little prick can actually be fascinating in a way. That's the privilege of the geniuses, I presume.

Poor Dani? Bad Knee?
Some of you talk of mind games.. Its funny how danny goes up to the bike in a wheelchair.. gets on it.. oh me leg,, ouch ! Then goes like a rocket. ( must be all that smoke up his ass)
Goes around corners with his knee twating and scraping the road, doesnt drop any lap time? Finishes 3rd, comes into winners encloser and gets of the bike using that ...... little wooden box and limp, limp, limp.. kisses his boyfriend Alberto Puig who whispers in his ears "Show some pain in your face dani for ..... sake, theres a wheelchair coming for you in five mins" What aload of bollocks.. There is your mind games.
Big gash in his Knee, brave dani, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah !
Brave men: Nakano 200mph blow out Italy 04, Hopkins Highside Germany 05, Melandri, Gibernau, Caparossi Catalunya 06.
Balls to Pedrosa. Rossi should of put him over his knee whislt sat on that chair and slapped that kids arse!
