Rossi -Possible Ferrari Test Driver?

The comment from the owner of Red Bull is the part that interests me. Many people have said it would be very unlikely that Ferrari would give him a factory seat aboard one of the biggest racing teams in the world on a whim. Perhaps this quote by the boys at Red Bull is hinting that when/if Rossi goes F1 it will be aboard the "satellite" Ferrari team, Red Bull Ferrari until he gets settled in and proves his worth to the Marlboro Ferrari team.
 
Yeah I read that article at Motegi time. Personally I don't read into opinionated articles too much. The F1 reporters spew that Rossi will come and the MotoGP journalists spin it to seem as though he'll never leave two wheels. Toby Moody is a very well respected journalist and I really enjoy his writing, however this is just a case when his writing isn't exactly objective.

Personally, I think he'll go.

I think we should try to keep Valentino in MotoGP, I love bike racing as it is, just because F1 can't come up with it's own star it wants to steal ours.

I DON'T WANT VALENTINO TO BE LURED TO F1 it dosn't deserve him.

I don't think it's a matter of deserving or not because I really like F1 also.

How long will Vale want to spank everyone else...After a while it will no longer have the same rush. He will definitely move on but to what is the question.

I have read that Vale's 2nd passion is for Rally racing. Someone posted an article where Vale may be driving for Subaru after this season is over for a few rallys.
 
rossi-f1-ferrari-07 get used to it. the only way rossi might consider staying is if he loses the title in 07. now does anyone here think this is a possibility?

I do expect the title race to be pretty tight next season. Hopefully Hayden will step up but Melandri, Pedrosa and Capirossi will all be a pain in his arse next season.

Wasn`t it Schumi that said `if you want to see real racing go and watch MGP`.F1 will dilute Vale to a cheap supermarket cordial drink.But thats just how I see it-really don`t want him to go basically.

schumacher has tested a ducati last monday at mugello. his fast lap was 2 min and 10 sec.
'just for fun' he said!
 
It just goes to show you don't have to be the most talented person on two wheels to get a ride in MotoGP... you can also be the most talented on four.
 
I honestly wouldnt have thought that michael could do a 2min 10 lap around mugello.

the motogp boys do it in 1min 50. i know its 20secs but theres not many people who could do it!!
