Stoner, Rossi yes
Pedrosa pushes beyond his personal limits. Avoiding accidents from overriding is part of being a good rider too. Inconsistent #3
Lorenzo is fast, but will not ride the limit like 2008. Inconsistent #3
Dovi raced in 2 more races last season and had Pedros 2008 spring valve at Sepang. Consistant #4
Melandri is clearly not as good. A good rider can adapt, but look at 2008. In 2006, that satelite 990 bike was well evolved and had more power than he ever used. He finished behind Nicky.
pedrosa destroyed hayden on the same bike.
dovi was rookie last season at non-factory bike... margin was 19 points in his favour... really shameful for hayden... specially laguna defeat...
lorenzo was rookie also... outrode hayden clearly...
melandri beat hayden in 2 out of his 3 seasons with gresini... lost in 2006 because of catalunya... had more victories that year...
