I here you. I worked for Toyota for 15 years and in 1993 i believe,the last version of the Supra came with an optional Twin Turbo that was rated at 320 hp stock.What is the export version of the Skyline pushing, 400+?

Even the original "270HP" takes cutting a wire or something to release the beast.
About as hard to do as derestricting todays Gixer 1000, 25KW "beginner" bikes in Europe.

I know they cheated on it frequently, but the point was that they are conscientious of production machine performance and they are willing to sign cartel agreements to regulate what they produce.
