HAT TRICK .......! style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/.....gif

vale was smooth and fast.

well done casey, your fast down the straight you just need to be a bit quicker on the twisty bits.

pedro, good third but an ordinary ride from him.

de angleis, great ride, a few more lap's was all he needed.

cant wait to see there faces on the rostrum.

Good rides by everyone except for De Puniet. Melandri certainly doesn't need you crashing in front of him. Bad Luck Jorge - guess all those near misses finally caught up.
Well Done Vale - seems like you will never lose at Mugello.
Good to see Stoner and the ducati back at the sharp end.
Well Done Dani, but you got to bring something more to the table if you want to be world champ.
Kawasaki's still suck big time - Westy it just seems to get worse every week. Beaten by Tady?

Guess your glad you left suzuki hey Hopper?

Something was very wrong the last 2-3 laps. 1:56 and 1:57 as laptimes. But even before that he was well 40 sec behind.

Rossi back at the peak of his form; great ride obviously by him and by de angelis.

As a token stoner fanboy I am encouraged by his performance which was better than last year; he can't get through some of the corners here and it is not a circuit suited to his bike. He may not be as good as rossi, but he isn't a mid-packer either. I think he may contend for further wins but not the championship this year, depending on whether the honda pneumatic engine works.

He's so ......, was completely destroyed in the early stages

Well, it is Ducati's main test track, so...

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE <div class='quotemain'>He may not be as good as rossi, but he isn't a mid-packer either.
No one in his/her right mind can honestly say he is "just" average. It was a very good ride, but he (and Livio Suppo) must be scratching his head not being the first B-stone winner there.

Neil Spalding gave a very good explanation on why the pneu-valve engine isn't a top priority for Honda. The explanation was good, the reasoning behind it may not be. We'll see.

not much of a surprise of an outcome. rossi domination good battle between stoner & pedrosa. but i got to wonder were DeAngelis would have finished had he got a better start? seems he coulda been on the box easy! good race alex! an off day for jorge tryin a bit to hard early on... oh well hes a rookie. a pathetic showing by hayden... give that machine to andrea please.

i was thinkin the same thing.... i think you might be right!

good ride from casey seamed to be holding ped-root up for a while until he put the hammer down and started to pull away, hopefully this bit of confidence will help him with the races ahead

good ride from ped-root

im impressed by capirossi's ride especially considering the amount of years hes been there

i think the only time rossi will get beat here would be a time where he would bin it, sweet consistant ride from him today although i will say the other riders are lucky he didnt quite have yesterdays pace otherwise it would have been a slaughter.....

VR still #1

It'll be Vermeulen size soon.

Great ride from Vale as expected, little dissapointed we didn't get a full race battle at the front but there's always next week. De Angelis was fantastic and if there were a couple more laps he would've got Peddy.

Dissapointed about Jorge but he went way too fast into the corner and had no chance of making it. Hayden only 8 seconds ahead of a guy who hasn't raced for 8 years is terrible, i'm presuming he had a problem but things just go from bad to worse for Hayboy.

I think Rossi was his old self yesterday, playing mind games with the opposition. Today he was "fast enough" not to be bothered by those pesky kids.
